Dan’s deep knowledge and broad range of experience gained over a career spanning nearly 30 years, plus his distinction as a Private Wealth Financial Advisor, empowers him to create integrated wealth management strategies customized for the unique needs of his clients. Named as one of the Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors¹ in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, Dan helps his clients build, manage, protect and transfer their wealth based on their specific goals and priorities, including legacy planning and philanthropic giving, collaboration with clients’ CPAs and attorneys, and providing access to Wells Fargo’s world-class resources.

As the senior member of the Madura Private Wealth Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Dan works with select ultra-wealthy families, business owners and foundations to deliver unbiased investment management across conventional and alternative asset classes. He can provide access to Wealth Management, Commercial Banking and Investment Banking as well as traditional bank products and services to accommodate clients’ needs through Wells Fargo affiliates. He believes he is known as a tenacious and principled professional who holds himself to high standards of service and integrity and strives to be a good steward of his clients’ wealth. His personal mantra is: When you do what’s right, everything else falls into place.

A Chicago area native, Dan currently lives in Lake Forest, which is not far from where he grew up in Glenview. He and his wife, Jackie, have two adult sons. Dan volunteers as a board member of Project H.O.O.D, a youth empowerment program focused on building communities on the city’s South Side. In his spare time he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Ethan, the most recent addition to the Madura Private Wealth Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, is a graduate of Syracuse University, achieving a Finance Degree from the Whitman School of Management.

During his internships with the Madura Private Wealth Group for the summers of 2019 and 2020, Ethan was able to gain a deep understanding of the team’s investment philosophy and process. He brings his outgoing and competitive personality, and a fresh look to the team’s approach to investment management.  Ethan is looking forward to bridging the gap to the younger generation of investors.

Always looking to lend a helping hand, Ethan assists his father with many of the fundraisers and food drives put on by the charity Project H.O.O.D., a youth empowerment program focused on building communities on the city’s South Side. He has a passion for all things sports and is an avid fisherman.

Denise began her career at Dean Witter Reynolds in 1982. She joined forces with Dan Madura (Managing Director-Investments) while at PaineWebber in 1999. In their more than 20 years working together, Denise has become the centerpiece of their vaulted service model. We believe her diligence and dedication working with the client base has earned her their highest level of trust and confidence.

As the team’s operations specialist, Denise is responsible for enhancing the client experience through her organization of client calls, meetings and investment plan reviews. She leads the client onboarding experience via the collection of all documents, fund and account transfers, and account openings. She is accountable for all service related functions to include asset movement, account maintenance, trade support, syndicate, and establishing credit lines. She is also a licensed Notary in the state of Illinois.

Originally from Ann Arbor Michigan, Denise currently resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with her husband, Bill, and has two adult children. Her favorite past-time is spending time with family, including her cherished granddaughter.
