Andrew’s goal is to help his clients make the most of their financial lives. He enjoys helping his clients with investment planning, preparing for retirement, wealth preservation, and estate planning strategies to education savings for children or grandchildren. His hands-on approach allows his clients to be involved through each step, as he develops, and implements smart financial and investment strategies around their goals and needs together.

As a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry, Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance from Rutgers University. Andrew could not be more excited to bring the Margate Wealth Management Group to Wells Fargo Advisors. After reviewing multiple opportunities, Andrew and his team decided that bringing their high-net-worth expertise, alongside incredible resources would be an incredible opportunity for their clients. Being a flat organization allowed them to provide their clients access Wells Fargo Affiliates including The Private Bank, the Commercial Bank, and the Investment Bank, as well as Wealth Management. It has become more important than ever to be able to have a large bank to help your clients’ many needs.

Away from the office:

Andrew gives back to the community through his involvement with a variety of charities including the Valerie Fund, Wild Earth, Team Academy Charter School, and several Jewish charities. He is married to his high school sweetheart and have 3 children. Andrew also enjoys playing basketball, skiing, golf, and pickle ball.

With over 20 years in the financial industry, it is safe to say he knows what he is doing. He loves his job and thrives on the interactions and relationships he builds with clients. He is detailed in everything he does and builds trust among his clients to provide key insights and advice. Todd takes a comprehensive approach with his clients, making sure they understand each component and piece that goes into their investment plan. He understands that everyone is different and collaborates closely with his clients to create a plan tailored to their goals and needs. His goal is to help his clients make the most of their investment lives.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. Now a Managing Director-Investments with the Margate Wealth management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, he is proud to work for a company with a heritage of helping clients succeed financially. Todd continually pushes himself to obtain certificates and designations in the industry all to better serve his clients, and loves to share his knowledge to the community, his team, and those who seek advice.

In the community:

Todd enjoys spending time with his wife, and their four children in Maplewood, NJ. He actively gives back to the community through his involvement in charities like NJ Scholars, KSK, and WSP Foundation. During his down time, he enjoys reading, exercising, and helping in the community. If you are looking for a terrific book recommendation, his favorite is Shoe Dog by Phil Knight.

Heather understands balance. As a single mother of two, she has mastered the work/life balance and can relate to many individuals, especially the female side of Margate Wealth Management’s client base. She enjoys helping women navigate their financial independence and decision making for their life, their children, and their legacy.

She truly gets to know her clients on a personal and professional level. She strives for her clients to understand their finances and encourages them to ask questions, provide feedback and discuss ideas. Heather does not want to tell her clients what to do, she wants them to feel capable, knowledgeable, and confident. She achieves this by building a relationship, establishes trust, then works together to create a unique plan tailored to that client.

As a Financial Advisor, her goal is to help her clients make the most of their financial lives. From retirement to wealth preservation, to education savings for children or grandchildren, Heather can help develop and implement smart financial and investment strategies around their goals and needs.

Currently, Heather is the Managing Director – Investments with the Margate Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors and is proud to work for a company with a heritage of helping clients succeed financially. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts and received her MBA from American Graduate School of International Management. She constantly pushes herself to obtain certificates and awards, all to better serve her clients.

Outside of the office:

Heather lives in New York City with her two children. As a former Olympic level gymnast, and 3-time National Team member, Heather enjoys staying active by running, traveling, and going on long walks in Central Park with their family dog. She is also an active member in the community through her involvement through a variety of charities including the Special Olympics, and Part of the Solution (POTS), and is a current National Board Member for Careers Through Culinary Arts (C-CAP).

Matt has too many great traits to mention. His ability to relate to his clients on a personal level is beyond measurable. Combine that with his deep analytical abilities and constant desire to learn, we believe, makes him a trustworthy advisor and valuable team member.

With over 18 years of experience, it is fair to say Matt enjoys what he does. He loves to help his clients on a multitude of levels, including helping them reach their financial goals that allow his clients to live the life they desire. He finds immense joy in helping with estate planning strategies, so his client’s legacy can be felt by future generations. Matt understands that each client’s story is unique, and that is why he focuses on building a plan that is suited specifically to his client’s goals and circumstances.

Matt received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fairfield University and went on to receive his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. He began his career in sales, where he enjoyed building relationships, but felt that he was never the subject matter expert on anything he discussed with his clients. He then switched gears and transitioned into a research analyst role. In that role, he was able to build a skill set in performing deep analytical research on specific subject matter…but he missed the constant interactions relationship building with clients. That is when he moved into the Private wealth management and was able to marry what he liked best about his previous roles – building long -lasting relationships while using his analytical skills to help build unique plans for his clients.

Away from the office, Matt enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, competing in triathlons, snowboarding, playing basketball and spending time with his wife and three children. He coaches his children’s flag football, basketball, soccer, and lacrosse teams.

It is very noticeable that Brandon is on the right path because the fire inside him to help people consistently shines through each interaction. Growing up Brandon witnessed his father, (Andrew) and his uncle, (Todd) as financial advisors. He was always drawn to the industry and loved to see how they managed challenges with expertise and sensitivity. He knew that he wanted to pursue the financial advising path, and that fire inside continues to burn as he now collaborates with his father and uncle to provide the best service to his clients.

Brandon has the amazing opportunity to gain experience from the best and now backed by Wells Fargo Advisors resources, he can offer his clients with industry leading resources and advice.

His approach is simple, help clients reach their long-term investment goals for their life and their future generations. Brandon takes the time to understand his clients and builds trust with them and their families. He strives to alleviate the stress of planning and creates a tailored plan for his clients that home in on their goals and aspirations through each stage of life.

Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in business management from The Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He has not stopped learning since and is a now a student of the market and continues to keep his mind sharp through extensive research. He pushes himself to steadily stay on top of industry trends and key research to better help his clients.

His motivation to succeed professionally trickles into his personal life too. He loves to stay fit and has completed a full marathon and three half marathons. He enjoys playing all types of sports and loves to stay active. Brandon also loves hiking and exploring all the beautiful national parks the country has to offer. One day, he plans to travel around the world and witness firsthand the diverse cultures and breathtaking views.

Brandon currently resides in the Flatiron district of New York City. In the community, Brandon is an avid supporter of the PALS Program, a nonprofit organization that creates immersive experiences for young adults with Down Syndrome and engages in several Jewish charities.

Xavier is responsible for executing the vision of Margate Wealth Management: a vision of hyper-personalized service.

To achieve this, he follows his passion for process, focuses on those minute details that can make all the difference and, above all, taps into his love of music to orchestrate the remarkable. Xavier credits his 15-year tenure heading operations for iconic brands as key to his achievements in his current role. His knack for driving efficiency that leads to corporate growth has proven invaluable, as he has helped seamlessly onboard billions of dollars in investible client assets.

Outside the office:

Xavier has visited over 45 countries and makes it a mission every year to plan one trip alone to a country where he does not speak the native language. It allows him to step out of his comfort zone, embrace the unknown and enjoy all life can offer.

Ashley understands the details. She has been a key member of the Margate Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors for over 2 decades and continues to make an impact among her peers and their clients. Her intensive market research, data collection and highly sophisticated level of trading experience helps her high-net-worth individuals and families make sound decisions on their investment journey.

The client’s priorities are her priorities. Her clients rely on her tireless work ethic to deliver an unmatched level of service. She has exceptional customer service skills and responds to her clients request quickly. She enjoys building a relationship with her clients and building trust by actively listening to her clients, comprehending their issues, and recommending solutions.

Ashley can harness the resources and tools, along with market trends and detailed analytical reports in an effort to provide a seamless process for both her clients and team.

Outside of the office:

Ashley resides in Garden City NY with her husband Josh and their two kids, Luke, and Layton. She lives an active lifestyle, and when she is not keeping things moving in the office, she is playing tennis, traveling, relaxing on the beach, or enjoying a New York City Restaurant. She loves to volunteer in her community and help various nonprofits like Big Brothers, Big Sister, and has a soft spot for all animals. Her family is her world, and she loves being a mother in every aspect.

Standing still is not in Mark’s vocabulary. In college, he was lacrosse player enjoying the fast-paced play and now in the office he enjoys the everchanging environments like capital markets. One of Mark’s passions is researching global market changes and articulating the changes into his client’s investment portfolios.

Mark has been in the industry for more than 13 years and is always finding ways to better serve his clients. He takes the time to meet with them, and find out their ‘why,’ and then tailors a plan that extends to their family and future generations. Mark’s clients are more than clients, he considers them friends.

He strives to be there for his clients and help them with any questions they might have, whether it is a question on their investments, or a new opportunity or resource they might be interested in, he is always thinking of them.

Mark attended Kean University and received his bachelor’s degree in Finance and was a student scholar athlete. As a graduate from the country’s #1 social mobility university, Mark has always had a passion to teach wealth growth to others. Now, Mark is a member of Margate Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors and is considered a product of social mobility and loves to share new opportunities to his clients.

Currently, he resides in Essex Fells New Jersey with his wife Marie, his daughter Juliet, and their retired greyhound. They love to travel and hike together and even have family in Italy they try to visit often. Personally, he loves to run and has run the Philadelphia Half marathon along with various other 5k to 10-mile organized runs.

In the community, Mark is the Vice Chairman of the Kean University of business and public administration. He is an active volunteer with the Kean University Foundation and undergraduate mentoring programs.

With nearly two decades of investing expertise, Lauren has earned a reputation for providing comprehensive wealth planning and investment solutions. She possesses deeply detailed knowledge on a wide range of financial matters, from retirement and tax planning to employee compensation and stock options.

Throughout her career, she has been privileged to serve high-net worth individuals, multigenerational families and business owners. Lauren received a bachelor’s of science from Rutgers University in Environmental and Business Economics. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, she was the Director of Investments and Planning at a family office and has also worked at Bernstein Global Wealth Management.

A lifelong learner, Lauren keeps up with industry trends and developments, and her clients’ best interests serve as the guiding force that steers every conversation.

Outside the Office

Lauren lives in Ridgewood, New Jersey with her husband Matt and their three children, Nate, Caroline and Lillian. She looks forward to spending time with family and friends and loves watching baseball, playing platform tennis and golfing.

Emily is the glue that holds the team together. She strives to earn client’s trust by always doing what is right by them and helps her team harness new and existing relationships. Emily provides exceptional service to her client’s and supports them through their investment journey.

The Margate Wealth Management of Wells Fargo Advisors team understands their clients, their lifestyle, and their goals. She is constantly learning from her team and the industry and through perseverance and collaboration, she strives to always finds a solution that works for everyone.

Emily attended CUNY Lehman College and found a passion for the financial industry while working as a bank teller. Since then, she has been in the industry for over 10 years, helping the Margate Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. She loves to assist in all capacities and continues to broaden her knowledge within the industry to better serve her clients.

She was born and raised in New York City, and still calls the city home. In her free time, she loves trying new restaurants and traveling, and is a member of the Yelp Elite Squad frequently providing reviews and experiences. When she is not in the office, or trying the newest restaurant, you can find her staying active and listening to one of 2000 songs she has in her music library.

Driven by a natural curiosity, Howard thrives on solving problems in creative ways while navigating complex financial landscapes. He constantly seeks the latest industry advancements to help tailor the most relevant and effective advice for clients’ specific investing objectives.

As a passionate and dedicated Client Associate, Howard is fueled by fostering client relationships. He believes open and honest communication builds the foundation of any successful partnership. And he acts on this belief to help ensure our team understands the distinct needs, aspirations and goals of each investor.

Howard holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in finance from Florida Southern College. His industry longevity and know-how helps ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.

Howard resides in Fair Lawn, New Jersey and spends most of his free time golfing and visiting museums. He has a love for concerts of all kinds gets a thrill from experiencing new venues and genres. He is involved with numerous non-profit organizations that assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Spending time with these individuals and volunteering for the events that help them fills Howard with a special sense of pride.

Brooke immersed herself in Wall Street at an early age, watching her father, a financial advisor, play a prominent role in helping many individuals, businesses and families achieve their investing goals. She credits him, and the entire team at Margate Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors , for the legacy of financial wisdom she has inherited.

As a client associate, Brooke is committed to delivering enthusiastic service and support. She goes above and beyond to ensure clients receive the attention and assistance they need, whether it is answering inquiries, addressing concerns or giving timely updates on their financial portfolios. Her dedication to client satisfaction is unwavering — and she consistently strives to raise her elevated bar of exceeding expectations.

Brooke resides in Rumson, New Jersey. In her free time, she enjoys walking with her two German Shepherds and going out on her boat. She stays active by learning to golf and going on hikes or long runs. She looks forward to time with friends and family and is always up for traveling or trying new experiences.
