My passion for travel began at an early age. I was raised in Pasadena, CA and Geneva Switzerland in the summers where my father worked at the Center for European Nuclear Research (CERN). In an effort to enhance the global perspective of our family, my wife Nan and I also travel extensively with our young children Eli and Naomi. They recently resided in Singapore for almost three years where the children attended international bilingual school before moving to Seattle to rejoin me. We have homes in Honolulu-Hawaii, Bellevue-Washington, and Beijing-China, with my offices based in Seattle and Pasadena it gives us a foothold in several locations we love.

I travel back and forth in an effort to stay connected to family, clients and business partners and in a post pandemic world its more important than ever to maintain connections.

I enjoy being outdoors and the ocean more than anything. When free you can find me bodyboarding, scuba-diving, snorkeling, sportfishing, spearfishing, snowboarding, golfing, playing beach volleyball or simply enjoying cooking and barbecuing great food and drinking some of the worlds greatest wines (preferably on the beach too!).

I am the Head coach for the Bellevue Jr. Seahawks - My sons Football Team. I take great pride in teaching and mentoring all of the kids in my favorite sport. Football, especially tackle football, is very dynamic but allows for many lessons that are difficult to learn elsewhere.

Our family is very passionate about animals and I volunteer at local shelters when not spending time with our French Bulldogs-Fondue, and Raclette or our - Rescue cat -Smokie we got in Hawaii.
