Background and Experience

Prior to joining McGowan Wealth Management, Ilana worked as the Director of Finance for Monarch Recruiting. There she was responsible for managing the day to day finances as well as benefits administration and guidance. In addition, she worked closely with clients on account reconciliation and AP.

Ilana is excited to work at McGowan Wealth Management as a Client Associate and be a valuable resource to the rest of the team. Ilana will be responsible for accessing clients account documents, updating account information, marketing components, client event management and appreciation, and working to ensure smooth client communications. Maintaining a superior client experience is of the utmost importance to Ilana.

Away from the Office

Ilana grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and moved to New York to attend college. After spending a few years up North, Ilana convinced/forced her husband Josh to return to her southern roots and relocate to Atlanta, GA.

You can find Ilana, her husband and their 2 girls (and furbaby Smudge) roaming around Atlanta, painting pottery, roller skating, and volunteering at a pet rescue . Ilana is a passionate fan of History, reading and spending time in the North Georgia mountains hiking with her family.
