Background and Experience

Joslin brings a dynamic background in finance, leadership, and education to his role as a Paraplanner/Associate. With over five years of experience in the financial services industry, he began his career through the Charles Schwab Financial Advisor Academy, where he developed a strong foundation in investment planning, client service, and financial education. It was there that he discovered his passion for helping individuals gain clarity and confidence around their financial decisions.

Joslin is especially committed to expanding financial literacy within underserved communities, with a personal focus on empowering and educating the Haitian community. He believes that access to clear, practical financial guidance is a critical tool for building generational wealth and long-term stability.

Before entering the financial industry, Joslin excelled academically and athletically. He earned a Division I football scholarship to the University of New Mexico before transferring to and graduating from the Texas A&M University system, where he studied Health Science with an emphasis in Kinesiology. During his time at Texas A&M, he was actively involved in Enactus (an entrepreneurial organization), Black Men’s Organization, BETA Club (Better Education Through Academics), and the National Honors Society, maintaining a GPA above 3.75. As a student-athlete, he was also recognized as a member of the All-Academic Team.

Joslin approaches wealth planning with discipline, integrity, and a client-first mindset. He focuses on education-driven conversations and tailored strategies designed to help clients work toward their long-term goals with confidence.

Away from the Office

Outside of work, Joslin enjoys spending time with family, friends, and loved ones. He has a deep appreciation for music and plays the piano, drums, and bass guitar. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys riding dirt bikes, four-wheelers and skiing, and he makes it a priority to travel internationally with his friend group several times a year.
