Mike started his financial services career in 1981 as a Wealth Management Advisor and advanced to become a Vice President for Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group. He established his independent practice at Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in 2007.
A Certified Financial Planner TM professional, Mike holds Series 7,65,63,31,5, and 24 securities registrations, as well as life and variable annuity insurance licenses. In addition, he has completed advanced risk management and estate planning courses to further his knowledge of complex financial strategies. He most recently completed The American College course of study granting him the designation of ChFC, (Chartered Financial Consultant).
Mike enjoys tennis, traveling, and bicycling. He volunteers as a mentor coach and presenter in Wellspring Group retreats and conferences. As an active member of Covenant United Methodist Church, he leads a small group, and is a member of the Early Response Team, which is a trained group of individuals designed to travel to communities to help those whom have experienced hardship after a catastrophic event. Mike is also a member of the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce.

Kathryn "Katie" Woodham
Katie has been working in the financial services industry since 1998 and has been affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network since 2007. In addition to a broad range of financial and investment services, Katie offers a variety of services uniquely designed for each individual client. Client tailored service may include client education and personalized guidance to help with the financial matters following the loss of a loved one. As a fully registered Financial Advisor, she is proficient in financial matters of widowhood and divorce and specializes in working with clients whom have endured loss due to death, divorce, or other life experience. She is an active member of Covenant United Methodist Church having completed training as a Stephen Minister in 2005. Katie enjoys traveling and container gardening, when she is not serving her clients.
