Gore R. Simervil

Gore R. Simervil is a lead planner with Business Owner Advisory within Advice and Planning. Gore advises business owners with ownership transition alternatives and strategies by offering education, industry and market insights, and planning guidance regarding business transition, succession, and governance. Business Owner Advisory provides advice that integrates business value, financial and wealth implications, owner and family dynamics, personal objectives, and tax considerations to aid clients in evaluating their transition options.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Gore was in the mergers and acquisitions team with Mednax, where he was responsible for deal execution throughout all stages of the transaction process including financial analysis and valuation, negotiations, and industry analysis. Prior to Mednax, he was a financial analyst with the merger and acquisition group at AutoNation, where he was responsible for the valuation and analysis of all commercial real estate projects.

Gore holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Bryant University where he also played Division One college football as a running back. Today, he resides in Delray Beach, Florida with his wife and daughter.

Paul J. Sowell

Paul is a senior wealth strategist with Wells Fargo Bank within the Wealth & Investment Management division. He covers the New York City market and has more than 8 years of experience in financial services. Paul is part of a national team that works locally with high and ultra-high net worth clients. He collaborates with advisors to review, develop and consult on wealth transfer plans, including legacy, philanthropic, business succession and estates. Specifically, he works with advisors and their clients to understand a client’s goals and objectives, reviews and discusses their current plan and identifies additional strategies or modifications that could enhance the likelihood of a client meeting their planning goals.

Previously, Paul worked in major New York law firms as well as in a smaller boutique trusts and estates firm. Paul focused on a wide range of tax, trusts and estates matters, which included sophisticated estate tax planning, business succession planning and litigation of trust and estate disputes.

Paul received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School (currently not practicing) and his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Union College.

Paul currently resides in Yardley, PA with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, Paul enjoys writing and producing music.

Gina M. Sinon

Sr. Lead Fiduciary Specialist,
Executive Director

Gina M. Sinon is a senior lead fiduciary advisory specialist and an executive director with Wells Fargo Bank within the Wealth & Investment Management Division. She covers New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Ms. Sinon is part of the relationship team for clients who are the beneficiaries of first party special needs trusts (SNTs), third party SNTs, and settlement protection trusts. Gina assists clients in coordinating services and resources that can help improve their quality of life and facilitates conversations with investment strategists to align investment objectives with the client’s short and long-term needs.

Using a holistic approach, Ms. Sinon also participates in planning conversations with individuals and families who are concerned about how the needs of their loved ones will be met in the future. In addition, Gina engages in conversations around pre-settlement planning and the options available to an individual receiving a personal injury award. In order to provide advice and guidance to clients, Ms. Sinon routinely participates in educational seminars which focus on rules, regulations, changes, and best practices in regard to the administration of trusts for individuals with diverse abilities.

While currently not practicing, Gina previously worked as an attorney in various areas, including Special and Supplemental Needs trusts and negotiating the terms with Medicaid, assisting families in petitioning the courts for guardianship and for permission to make major purchases from the SNTs, educating families on available governmental benefits, and bringing claims against Medicaid in Fair Hearings.

Gina earned her bachelor’s degree from Washington University, and her juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Section of Elder Law and Special Needs, the NYS Academy of Trial Lawyers and NYS Trial Lawyers Association and a Board Member of the Columbian Lawyers Association.
