Lee Mullins brings an understanding of capital markets, specifically the rate and time span of market cycles and what impacts them, to the oversight of his clients’ investment portfolios. Managing client assets while helping them understand their financial goals in context of past and future market performance has been a top priority throughout his 30-year career.

Lee focuses on asset allocation and asset location. By specializing in both managed assets and individual equity selection with an emphasis on tax efficiency, he strives to provide clients with custom solutions should the need arise. He has a strong knowledge in estate and legacy planning, including trusts in the context of client concerns and objectives, which is offered through our affiliates. Lee graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He has a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial PlanningTM and FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations as well as life, health, variable life, and variable annuities licenses.

Lee is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® certified by the CFA Institute, an organization that promotes education, professionalism and ethics in the investment industry.

Lee is an avid skier, virtual cyclist, and skilled finish carpenter. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and Hazel (his Yorkshire Terrier).

Matt Shorr has more than 25 years of experience in financial services with nearly two decades as a tax advisor. While no longer a practicing tax advisor, he believes this gives him a unique perspective of tax-efficient wealth management planning. With a lifelong interest in math and finance, Matt helps individuals and families manage their financial lives.

Matt graduated from Transylvania University as co-valedictorian and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in mathematics. He has the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations and holds life, health, variable life, variable annuities and long-term care and partnership insurance licenses.

Matt enjoys travel, the study of languages, game theory, mathematics and soccer. He has two children, a daughter and a son. He works closely with the Down Syndrome Association of Central Kentucky.

Kelly channels her affinity for clear communication and organization into her work on behalf of clients and the team’s financial advisors. She is motivated to earn the trust and confidence of clients by giving them the personal attention they deserve.

Kelly’s deep relationships with clients begin with her professionalism, diligence and eye for detail. Her thoughtful and caring nature soon extends to a personal level.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. She has over 25 years of financial services experience and holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities registrations.

Kelly loves being outdoors. She enjoys hiking and walking. She also enjoys attending sporting events and watching sports, especially football. She loves spending time with her 2 grandchildren.

Vince Montgomery brings nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016 as a Financial Advisor, where he worked directly with clients to develop personalized strategies. Later, he spent over five years with an independent Registered Investment Advisor firm, focusing on client onboarding, business development, and relationship management. Today, Vince collaborates with his team to design tailored investment plans that help address each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

His approach incorporates advanced analytics to evaluate variables such as Social Security timing, tax-efficient strategies, pensions, Roth conversions, education funding, and budgeting. By stress-testing retirement scenarios, Vince helps clients understand and manage risk. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) designation, underscoring his commitment to comprehensive retirement planning. His dedication to listening and going the extra mile helps ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.

A native of Owensboro, Kentucky, Vince values building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service. Outside the office, he enjoys kayak fishing, live music, hiking at Red River Gorge, traveling, and spending time with his wife and their Jack Russell Terriers.

Laurie Bisig brings a depth of experience to her role as Senior Registered Client Associate. For 10 years, Laurie was the Operations Manager for Wells Fargo Advisors throughout Kentucky. Further, she served as Complex Administration Manager, training and supervising numerous personnel.

Laurie is passionate about the client service process, responding to requests, troubleshooting issues and following the intricacies of individual client situations and needs.

Laurie has over 35 years of industry experience complemented by her FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 securities registrations and life, health, variable life, variable annuities  insurance licenses.

Laurie spends her time watching high school soccer and football games, being outside, and spending time with her family and friends. In warm weather, Laurie can be found walking her dogs and going on adventures.
