Having spent more than 20 years rooted in the Los Angeles community, she understands the unique landscape her advisors navigate every day. That ground-level perspective is the foundation of everything she does.
Orzalla believes that strong practices are built on strong relationships. Her leadership style centers on deep listening — understanding where each advisor is today, where they want to go, and identifying the blind spots that may be standing in the way. She is a straight-talking advocate who challenges obstacles head-on, communicates with clarity, and leads by example — building a culture of trust that advisors can feel the moment they walk through the door.
