Beyond his professional commitments, Phil and his wife, Nicole, have been active members of the Shelby community for 25 years, where they are raising their two daughters, Alexandra and Abigail. The Haydon family are also proud members of Shelby Presbyterian Church.

My professional journey in finance began with an Associate’s degree in Office Administration, which provided a strong foundation for my initial role at a local bank. There, I gained comprehensive experience in banking operations and client relations. Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2019. In the past 6 years, I significantly advanced my qualifications by successfully obtaining my FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, enabling me to provide more specialized support and insight within the investment advisory sector.

 

Outside my professional life, I’ve been happily married for 15 years and am a proud parent to a 12-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter. My family and I are also a dedicated foster family, committed to creating a safe and nurturing home for children in our community. This commitment extends to my volunteer work with Least of These Carolinas, a wonderful non-profit supporting foster families in our area. We are also active members of Pleasant City Church.
