Background and Experience
Holley S. Pierce began her career in the wealth management industry in 2006.  Holley is a summa cum laude Auburn University of Montgomery Business graduate and a CFP® certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Known for her relationship-driven approach, Holley is passionate about helping clients gain clarity and confidence in their financial lives.  She takes great pride in guiding families and business owners through complex decisions with care, integrity and long-term perspective.  

Holley works closely with her team, the Pierce-Burns Wealth Management Group, to deliver a highly collaborative and client-focused experience.  By leveraging each members’ expertise, Holley and her team coordinate thoughtful strategies, proactive communication and attentive service tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.  This collective approach allows clients to benefit from continuity, depth of insight and a comprehensive approach to wealth planning and investment decisions.

Away From the Office
Holley lives in her hometown of Millbrook, Alabama, with her husband, Paul, and their daughters, Leah and Ellis Kathryn.  She enjoys time with her family and friends, being involved in her church and community, playing and watching sports—especially if her children are playing—antique shopping, traveling and reading.       

Background and Experience
Matt Burns began his career in the wealth management industry in 2009 and joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2020.  Matt holds a degree in Finance from the Auburn University School of Business and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.  He also holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation allowing him to bring specialized expertise to business succession and liquidity planning. 

Recognized for his relationship-driven approach, Matt works closely with his team, the Pierce-Burns Wealth Management Group to provide individuals and business owners personalized strategies through a collaborative, disciplined planning process designed to help address complex financial needs and long-term goals.  His approach combines extensive industry experience with the broad resources of Wells Fargo Advisors to deliver sophisticated investment and retirement solutions.

Away From the Office
A native of Prattville, Alabama, Matt lives there with his wife Kristen and their three sons, Higgins, Judson, and Luke. Matt serves as a deacon at First Baptist Church of Prattville, sits on the boards of the Prattville YMCA and Prattville Baptist Hospital and actively gives back to his community.

Background and Experience
Gloria S. Eller, a Senior Registered Client Associate, brings extensive industry experience, having begun her financial services career in 1990.  She serves our clients by providing consistent, professional attention to daily account matters and is known for her commitment to a service-focused approach to client needs.

Away From the Office
A lifelong resident of Millbrook, Alabama, Gloria lives there with her husband Tony.  She enjoys spending time with her family, daily walks, traveling and being actively involved in her church and community in a variety of ways.

Background and Experience
Rebecca (Becky) Griffin, a Senior Registered Client Associate, joined the Pierce-Burns Wealth Management Group in 2016 after serving twenty-four years of active-duty service as a United States Air Force officer.  In 2010, she earned her master’s degree in human relations from The University of Oklahoma.  She supports clients by managing a wide range of administrative and service-related needs, drawing on her deep professional experience to deliver timely, high-quality service with personalized attention.

Away From the Office
Becky lives on Jordan Lake in Deatsville, Alabama, with her husband Dan, and enjoys spending time with her family—especially her grandson—and her pets, Georgia and Rutabaga.
