PJ LeJeune

With 25 years in financial services and over a decade in leadership experience, PJ LeJeune, Executive Director, leads with a passion for cultivating strong teams, supporting business development, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture. She began her career as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch, later serving as a Market Director of Wealth at JP Morgan Chase and most recently, Associate Market Manager at Morgan Stanley before joining Wells Fargo Advisors.

A graduate of Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, PJ was drawn to the industry by its entrepreneurial nature and the opportunity to help others work toward their financial goals—a value shaped by her own early life experiences. As a leader, she thrives on connecting talent, solving challenges, and celebrating team accomplishments. Known for her boundless energy and optimism, PJ brings an infectious enthusiasm that inspires those around her.

Outside of work, her family is her priority. When not sitting in a volleyball tournament watching their daughter play, PJ and her family enjoy getting outdoors camping and hiking.
