John’s group concentrates on serving the needs of high-net-worth individuals, offering guidance on wealth management, estate planning1, retirement plans, insurance planning, and business succession planning.

Away from the office, John is passionate about several charities in the Philadelphia region. He is proud to be a chairman of the American Association for Cancer Research’s "Party with a Purpose." This event has raised millions of dollars in the quest to conquer cancer. John also serves as the Chairman of the Virtua Foundation, a non-profit whose mission is to transform health care for everyone in South Jersey.
John is married and enjoys time with his sons, John Jay Jr. and Gavin, as well as with his daughter, Sky. Outside of the office, he spends his time coaching the multiple sports teams his children play on. His wife, Veronica, is a Wellness Expert, Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Coach. In addition, she inspires women to experience happiness and purpose through her workshops, retreats, and healing sessions.

Richard has more than 45 years of experience in the financial services industry. He brings broad investment knowledge and discipline to his clients. His practice blends managed and individually advised accounts, with a strong emphasis on government and corporate bonds. Developing investment plans to help meet objectives is central to his client relationships.
Richard’s investment career began at Elkins & Co., where he became a General Partner in charge of Securities Research. He subsequently served as Executive Vice President of Parkway Management, which advised over $2 billion in mutual funds. Elkins & Co. was acquired by Prudential Securities. Prudential Securities later merged with Wachovia Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors.
After graduating from Colgate University with a BA in Economics, Richard earned an MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He was commissioned First Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps and served in Vietnam in 1969-70.
Richard serves on the Board of Trustees of Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, where he was elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees in 2014. He served during the exciting growth of the institution, where it tripled in size during his tenure. In addition, Richard has served as a Trustee of the Methodist Hospital Foundation, the Methodist Home for Children Foundation, and Moore College of Art and Design, as well as Trustee and Treasurer of the Annenberg Research Institute, and the Center for Judaic Studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
Richard lives on a farm in Chester Springs just outside Philadelphia and relaxes by riding his tractor and mending fences. The horses on the farm support Hope Springs Equestrian Therapy, which provides therapeutic equestrian programs for children with special needs.

Benjamin has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a Financial Advisor and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®, Benjamin manages assets for individuals, trusts, retirement and pension plans, charitable and religious organizations, and businesses. Benjamin learned the ingredients for success in life and business while growing up and working alongside three generations of his family at their manufacturing business in the Bronx. He currently lives in Voorhees, NJ, with his wife, Melina, and daughters, Kayla and Bella.

He serves as the head analyst for asset allocation strategies and provides guidance and research information on a broad range of investment opportunities for our group.
Prior to joining our team, Theodore began his career at Prudential Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors. In addition, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College.

Mary enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, and their two children, Ashley and Liam. A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, she also likes exploring the city’s museums, parks, and restaurants, as well as watching regattas on the Schuylkill River. She loves traveling and has visited England, Scotland, Thailand, and Vietnam. In the future, she hopes to travel to the Netherlands and France, where she has extended family.
Marieluz has almost three decades of experience in the financial services industry. She is the go-to person at the Parker Private Wealth Management Group for dealing with many different facets of our operations and client relationships. In addition, Marieluz has been recognized as one of the finest client associates in the Philadelphia branch.
Her experience includes working at Prudential Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, where she received the company’s “OSCAR” award in 2005 for outstanding sales support and services – emblematic of her dedication to her position. In March 2018, Marieluz was also recognized as Team Member of the Month by the Philadelphia branch. Marieluz joined our firm right after graduating from John W. Hallahan Catholic High School for Girls in Philadelphia.
Away from the office, she finds her greatest joy spending time at home with her husband, Carlos, and their family. Marieluz enjoys traveling and fondly remembers her trip to Spain.
Backed by nearly 30 years of financial services experience, Ivy’s primary focus is on client services, compliance administration, and support functions of the practice. In 2016, Wells Fargo Advisors recognized Ivy as one of its Members of the Year, during her tenure as an Operations Liaison for the Eastern Region Operations Department. For more than a decade during the early days of her career, Ivy partnered with Senior Portfolio Managers and Institutional Advisors at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and its predecessor firms.
Ivy has enjoyed involvement in many facets of the financial industry and is proud to bring her wealth of knowledge to help the team continue to achieve the best client experience they can. Along her with experience, Ivy holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations.
A proud member of the Philadelphia community, Ivy is actively involved in volunteer ministry work. She also enjoys boating with her husband, Wendell, at the Penn’s Landing Marina, and her additional free time is typically spent knitting or reading.
