Frank is the founding member of the Quintus Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. With more than a quarter of a century of financial services experience, Frank develops, fosters, and guides our relationships with our ultra-high-net-worth clientele, which includes executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs. Frank also specializes in working with multigenerational clients and providing services that encompass all aspects of family wealth management. Capital preservation and risk management are the top priorities in every relationship. He also acts as an Institutional Plan Fiduciary Consultant and consults for corporate retirement plans.
As a Senior Private Investment Management (PIM) Portfolio Manager,* Frank is responsible for managing portfolios and delivering investment planning solutions for all of the team’s clients. Frank specializes in all aspects of investment strategy, asset allocation, and the effects that the micro/macroeconomic environment has on both. He eschews the dangerous fixation of short-term volatility and the portfolio implication therewith, and works closely with our clients to develop portfolios to create tailored investment solutions with an emphasis on risk-adjusted returns. Developed over decades of his financial services experience, Frank’s personal philosophy stresses integrity, loyalty, and total commitment to his clients and his team. Frank holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
In 2023, Frank was recognized as a Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor in the state of Ohio.** This distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on either of the past two years, and professionalism. Additional criteria, including length of service, may also be used to determine recipients.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Frank graduated from Ladue High School and made his way to Lexington, KY, to continue his education. Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky. Throughout college, he interned at Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Investments, which helped shape his investment philosophy and approach to wealth management.
Frank has been sought out to speak to various organizations about investment planning and has appeared as a guest speaker for the Black/African American Summit for Wells Fargo/Wells Fargo Advisors, the Association of African American Advisors, the National Association of Black Journalists, and the National Association of Black Accountants. Frank continues to remain very active mentoring high school and college students and coaching them for national finance competitions. Frank also serves as Chair for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Board and serves on the Finance Advisory Board for the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics.
When not in the office, Frank and his wife, Mika, are avid tennis and paddle players at Kenwood Country Club. They enjoy traveling, listening to live music, and spending time at the beach with their favorite four-legged child — a Shiba Inu named Gucci. Frank and his family reside in Cincinnati, Ohio, and split their time between Ohio and their home in Boca Raton, Florida. They have two sons, Colten (27) who is an entrepreneur, and Gavin (20) who is attending the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC.
