Planning for Retirement
If you’re like most people, securing a comfortable retirement is near the top of your financial priorities. Whether you’re an individual seeking tax-deferred growth or a business owner wanting to offer employees an attractive benefit without jeopardizing the company’s bottom line, I can help you navigate the complex choices available to you. I offer assistance with a comprehensive array of retirement plans, including IRAs, self-directed IRAs, Roth IRAs and conversions, Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) plans and Keogh plans, SIMPLE plans for small businesses, and 401(k), pension, and profit-sharing plans.
Comprehensive Investment Planning
Making sure your wealth continues to work in support of the goals you have established takes careful planning. Such planning is not a single event – it is a process. As your life circumstances change, so must the investment strategies I use to stay on course toward meeting your objectives. That is why I work with you, one on one, to design investment strategies targeted to your specific needs and goals. Although I do not provide tax advice, I will help you stay current with tax law changes and estate plan issues to help preserve and protect your wealth – now and for generations to come.
Portfolio Management Services
Although I offer traditional brokerage accounts, I believe that fee-based account management focuses on the long-term benefits of your financial strategy. I offer a variety of money-management programs in which a quarterly fee, assessed in advance, based on the assets in your account replaces traditional commission fees. Because I am paid a percentage of the value of the assets in your account, I have a personal stake in your investment success. Through these programs, I can help you develop a portfolio that balances your needs for prudent risk management, growth, and current income, and I will review your portfolio’s performance on a timely basis. The fees for advisory programs are asset-based and assessed quarterly in advance. There may be a minimum fee to maintain this type of account. Fees include advisory services, performance measurement, transaction costs, custody services, and trading. These fees do not cover the fees and expenses of any underlying exchange traded fund (ETF), closed-end funds, or mutual funds in the portfolio. Advisory accounts are not designed for excessively traded or inactive accounts and are not appropriate for all investors. Please carefully review the Wells Fargo Advisors advisory disclosure document for a full description of our services, including fees and expenses. The minimum account size for these programs is between $10,000 and $2,000,000.
