Background and experience

Joe joined A.G. Edwards in 2002, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors.  He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in chemistry.  Upon completing his MBA at the University of Chicago, Joe made a career transition to financial services.

Prior to A.G. Edwards, Joe was in sales and business development in the specialty chemicals industry; the last 7 years with PPG Industries.

In addition to his financial advisor role at Wells Fargo Advisors, Joe was in branch management for 10 years.  He has earned the title of Accredited Asset Management Specialist with the successful completion of advanced training on subjects such as asset allocation, retirement planning, and risk management.  Accredited Asset Management Specialists have in-depth knowledge of investment planning process.  Joe is also recognized as a Platinum Council Advisor and has been every year since 2011.  The Platinum Council distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on either of the past two years, and professionalism.  Additional consideration may have included best practices and team structure.

Away from the office

Joe and his wife Pam have five children and live in Murrysville.  After residing in Charleston, SC and Chicago, they moved back to this area in 1997.  Both Joe and Pam were born and raised in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania.  As a 2nd grade educator, Pam is the true expert in child “management” and both she and Joe embrace all family activities with Cole (Officer in the U. S. Navy), Nate, Mary Grace, Josie, and Henry.  A family favorite is skiing in the winter and enjoying the Laurel Highlands in the summer at their cabin.  Recently, Joe and his family have started to enjoy overlanding (using their Jeep to reach remote camping locations).

Additionally, Joe has served on the Boards of Franklin Regional School District and Soldiers and Sailors National Military Museum and Memorial.

Background and experience

Michael joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016 as a financial advisor after a seven year tenure with PNC Bank.  Three years into his career at Wells Fargo Advisors, he welcomed the invitation to join The Lynches Seymour Group of Wells Fargo Advisors and solidify his career in serving clients.  “My greatest opportunity has been the mentoring provided by Nancy Lynches and Joe Seymour, both successful financial advisors and also former branch managers”.

With the retirement of Nancy in 2022, the team rebranded to the Seymour Gielarowski Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors and continues to carry on the culture and traditions of its origins.  We are a multigenerational planning practice with Michael leading our next generation's advice.  Our collective objective is clear:  Provide superior client service with a generational approach for targeted investments today and wealth accumulation for tomorrow.

A Pittsburgh native with family roots here, Michael began his college education as a student athlete at Marshall University and attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh.

With a commitment to learning and recognition of the importance of growing professionally, Michael earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification (CFP®).  The designation requirement included completing an approved educational program, passing a rigorous examination, and meeting stringent experience requirements.

Away from the office

Michael and his wife Lauren, enjoy the downtown lifestyle and the many restaurants the city has to offer. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling and collecting new experiences, and their love of coffee has them on a continual quest to visit every local coffee shop in search of the best brew. 

Michael has a passion for baseball and golf.  Baseball assisted with his college education and golf is his current passion. Fair warning his handicap is quite low, and he thrives on those tricky three foot putts.  You may see him on the links at Longue Vue Club.

Lisa brings over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry to our team.  Over her career, Lisa has confidentially helped thousands of clients with unwavering dedication and commitment to providing exceptional client service.  We believe her practice management skills and attention to detail are the perfect complement to our team.

Lisa strives to ensure that our clients’ administrative and operational needs are handled accurately and quickly.  She is continuously developing ways to make our practice and process more efficient and improve our client’s overall experience.  Her goal is to provide a personalized service and experience.  Lisa is  responsible for all aspects of client service and operations. 

Throughout her career, Lisa has been recognized as one of Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council Client Associates from 2012 to 2018.  The Wells Fargo Platinum Council Client Associate (previously Premier Client Associate) distinction is held by a select group of Registered Client Associates within Wells Fargo Advisors nominated by their management for their consistent display of professionalism, integrity and core leadership values.  She has also served on a number of client-service best practice forums and participated in conferences sharing ideas with other leaders from within Wells Fargo Advisors.

Lisa holds the Series 7, and 63, 65 registrations as well is a Notary Public.  She earned a Bachelor of  Arts degree in Business Administration from Waynesburg University.

Away from the office

Lisa and her husband Brian live in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.  They are the parents to two active daughters, Aubrey and Violet.  If they aren’t on the softball field, check the ice or dek hockey rinks.  Lisa enjoys home improvement and organization projects around the house and stays active playing tennis, pickleball and rowing on the river and in an erg.

Josh brings over three years of experience in the financial services industry.  A graduate of the University of Utah’s Eccles School of Business, Josh earned his bachelor’s degree in business management laying the foundation for a successful career in finance. 

Josh previously worked for Wells Fargo Bank in Salt Lake City, Utah, before relocating to Pittsburgh to pursue new opportunities within the organization.

 Known for exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Josh is dedicated to providing outstanding support to our team and clients.  With a proactive approach and a client-first mindset, Josh excels in managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 

Josh’s friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills have been a great addition to the team. With a strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to go above and beyond, Josh is committed to building lasting client relationships and supporting them in achieving their financial goals. 

 Josh recently obtained his FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, showcasing a strong commitment to providing clients with comprehensive financial support

Away from the office

Outside of the office, Josh enjoys spending time with friends and his dog Marnie. 

He is also a music enthusiast who loves listening to different genres of music and attending concerts.  Being new to Pittsburgh, Josh is enthusiastic about exploring all the city has to offer, embracing new experiences and immersing in the city’s vibrant music scene.
