A native of Asheville, NC, my family and community ties are deeply rooted in the area, along with strong connections to Italy and the United Kingdom. Growing up with a love of all things outdoors, and the desire to explore, I headed west for college and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Colorado. I spent the first 10 years of my financial career working around the world, specializing in institutional investment management and securities trading. My past financial experience, international exposure, and economics degree provide a solid foundation to help clients work through life's varied challenges and goals.

Away From the Office

I enjoy traveling the globe with my wife and four bi-lingual daughters. As a family, we love to explore the great outdoors - from hunting and fishing, to hiking and skiing or going for a dip in a mountain lake or stream.

Growing up in Asheville presented me the treasure of our beautiful surroundings, a love of the outdoors that led to earning the rank of Eagle Scout, and a deep commitment for community stewardship.  I attended North Carolina State University graduating in 2004, hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2005, and moved to Charlotte NC to start my financial career as an Insurance Advisor.  Moving back to Asheville in 2010, I was fortunate to pivot into Business Banking, and then rounded out my financial services career moving into Wealth Management.  My 18 years of work-life experience in the 4 cornerstones of wealth: Investing, Liability Management, Insurance, and Estate Planning Strategies cause me to be uniquely suited to care for your financial future.

Away from the office

I love to spend time with my Wife, Daughter and our two dogs. We like to stay active in our community through not-for-profit work, where I serve on local boards and committees.  But when the family gets time to relax we enjoy camping, golfing, hiking, and traveling.
