Originally from the U K where he began his financial services career, Robert has been a financial advisor in the U S since 1993. He has used his extensive experience through many market cycles to help clients maintain a firm hold of the tiller when sailing through the inevitable storms. He lives and breathes the financial markets, searching for both knowledge and opportunities to benefit clients. Robert is a firm believer in using his experience to help clients plan ahead, select quality investments and diversify their portfolios, while seeking to control risk.

In his free time, Robert enjoys traveling, cycling and riding his Peloton bike In addition, he provides financial support and investment advice to select nonprofit organizations.

Jessica develops investment strategies designed to help clients pursue their short and long term goals, and she assists them in realigning their investment plans and portfolios over time as their lives change. She particularly enjoys working with next generation clients of The Emrick Group, providing guidance and continuity to younger families as they seek to establish a sound financial foundation Jessica is very committed to providing a superior client experience and dedicates much of her time toward service focused initiatives.

What Makes Me Knowledgeable
Jessica brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry to the team. She joined a Wells Fargo Advisors predecessor firm in 2002 and since then she has spent her entire career working alongside Ron and Robert. Jessica specializes in using Wells Fargo Advisor’s Envision® software tools and technology to create customized investment strategies designed to help clients work toward their objectives, and she handles most of the Envision planning for the team.

Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, attending or watching any sporting event, and boating with family and friends in the summer

How I Can Help You
David focuses primarily on investment planning by using Wells Fargo Advisor’s Envision® software to develop an asset allocation strategy customized to each client’s specific goals. He enjoys helping clients prepare for significant financial events in their lives, including retirement, education and wealth transfer, and he helps them plan for these milestones by implementing an investment portfolio that aligns with their objectives. In addition, David strives to create flexibility in clients’ plans, so that they have the potential to respond quickly and effectively to changes in the markets or in their lives.

What Makes Me Knowledgeable
Helping clients achieve financial well being has been David's goal since college. He studied economics at the University of Michigan while working as an intern for an experienced investment advisory team and subsequently began his career as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in Detroit. In this role, he developed his foundational knowledge of investments and providing access to lending strategies, including asset backed lending, business financing and mortgages, and he established a personalized planning process that considers both sides of a client’s balance sheet. After spending five years at UBS, he joined Wachovia Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2008

Getting to Know Me
David’s highest priority is his family, including his wife, three college age children and young son, and he enjoys watching them grow from each new experience David finds time to stay active and play the occasional round of golf

Taylor assists the team with operational and administrative needs. Her experience in office management and strong customer service skills make her an exceptional asset to the group. Taylor is dedicated to her role and eager to gain more knowledge about the financial services industry.

What Makes Me Knowledgeable
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Taylor served as administrative assistant in quality control at an automotive plant in Michigan, where she developed her attention to detail. She also worked for a staffing company, where she assisted in finding jobs for unemployed members of her community and gained valuable experience in meeting the needs of clients

In her free time, Taylor enjoys taking road trips with her dog, Zena, and kayaking in the summer

Kyle has over 9 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, starting with Wells Fargo Bank in Houghton, Michigan, in the Upper Peninsula, as a Personal Banker. After moving to the Brighton area, he worked as a Personal Banker and Private Client Liaison with Key Bank. Joining our team, he said it was "like a home coming". 

As a Brokerage Client Assistant, Kyle guides clients through the account opening process, as well as addressing the administrative and operational needs of our clients and our team.

Carmela Eastin, has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Carmela maintains a high level of client services protocol and execution. She manages the administrative and daily tasks associated with quality customer service. Carmela is a Senior Registered Client Associate and has been registered since 1993.

She is married with one son and enjoys family evenings and gardening.
