Brett advises our Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate, and entrepreneurial clients on strategically exiting their large equity holdings in both public and private markets. He also takes the lead role as part of the firm’s comprehensive Pre-IPO services, providing general partners and C-suite executives with tailored guidance and access to specialized lending solutions through Wells Fargo affiliates. 

He currently serves as the Board President of the Grace Fisher Foundation which is dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities through the transformative power of the arts.

Ric is a Co-Founder and Managing Director - Investments of The Venture Strategies Group of Wells Fargo Advisors established in March 2019. Ricci is a Private Wealth Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors.

Ric’s responsibilities include advising the group’s institutional, family office and individual clients regarding risk and asset management, planning and the divestiture of their large, concentrated equity positions.  Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Ric had similar responsibilities at Morgan Stanley and UBS Financial Services.

Ric is a graduate of University of California’s Professional Financial Planning program, a CFP Board registered certificate program, equipping him with a thorough understanding of client planning that utilizes the highest standards as fiduciaries.

He has been instrumental in helping local nonprofit organizations and churches communicate with their donors and manage their finances.  He previously served as a board member of regional start-ups in the businesses of intellectual property and technology.

As an avid outdoorsman, Ric has used his passion for adventure to mentor to teenagers and young adults for many years.

Drew has had a leadership role in organizations with a youth focus for many years including co-founding Hands4Others with the mission to rise up a movement of young people to help solve the world’s water crisis.

He has served as the Board Chair for both El Montecito School and Providence School in Santa Barbara and has been a guest speaker with an emphasis on leadership and entrepreneurship at local high schools as well as Westmont college.

Drew currently serves on the board of Calvary Chapel in Santa Barbara and released his first book on purposeful living in July 2024.
