Drew is a Co-Founder and Managing Director - Investments of The Venture Strategies Group of Wells Fargo Advisors established in March 2019. Drew is a Private Wealth Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors.

Drew’s responsibilities include advising the group’s family office, multi-generational trusts and individuals and their families.

He takes the lead role in helping clients establish and evaluate their family’s core values, mission and investment policy statement, as well as their multi-generational and charitable planning. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Drew had similar responsibilities at Morgan Stanley and UBS Financial Services.

Drew has had a leadership role in organizations with a youth focus for many years including co-founding Hands4Others with the mission to rise up a movement of young people to help solve the world’s water crisis.

He has served as the Board Chair for both El Montecito School and Providence School in Santa Barbara and has been a guest speaker with an emphasis on leadership and entrepreneurship at local high schools as well as Westmont college.

Drew currently serves on the board of Calvary Chapel in Santa Barbara and his first book Sweet Pecan Pie - Grab Your Slice and Say Yes to a Life Full of Joy, Purpose, and Adventure was released in July 2024 and is a Number One Amazon Best Seller in Christian Leadership.

Brett is a Co-Founder and Managing Director – Investments of The Venture Strategies Group of Wells Fargo Advisors established in March 2019.  Brett is a Private Wealth Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors.

Brett’s responsibilities include advising our Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate and entrepreneurial clients on the exit of their large equity holdings in both publicly traded and private markets.

He takes the lead role as part of the firms comprehensive Pre-IPO services for general partners and c-suite executives, advising on asset management, multi-generational and charitable planning strategies.  Also, providing access to specialized lending through Wells Fargo affiliates.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Brett had similar responsibilities at Morgan Stanley and UBS Financial Services.

Brett has a passion for the underserved, supporting and mentoring families in need in the local community and abroad.  He currently serves on the board of the Grace Fisher Foundation which is dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities through the transformative power of the arts.

He has served as a board member of the Dream Center in downtown Los Angeles where they support those impacted by homelessness and hunger through residential and community outreach programs. The Dream Center now as a network that collectively consists of 84 Dream Centers around the world, including centers in 29 states and 8 different countries.

Ric is a Co-Founder and Managing Director - Investments of The Venture Strategies Group of Wells Fargo Advisors established in March 2019. Ricci is a Private Wealth Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors.

Ric’s responsibilities include advising the group’s institutional, family office and individual clients regarding risk and asset management, planning and the divestiture of their large, concentrated equity positions.  He also takes the lead role for our international clients in numerous jurisdictions around the globe.  Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Ric had similar responsibilities at Morgan Stanley and UBS Financial Services.

Ric is a graduate of University of California’s Professional Financial Planning program, a CFP Board registered certificate program, equipping him with a thorough understanding of client planning that utilizes the highest standards as fiduciaries.

He has been instrumental in helping local nonprofit organizations and churches communicate with their donors and manage their finances.  He previously served as a board member of regional start-ups in the businesses of intellectual property and technology.

As an avid outdoorsman, Ric has used his passion for adventure to mentor to teenagers and young adults for many years.
