Before UBS, he dedicated 23 years to Morgan Stanley as Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor, developing extensive experience across market cycles and guiding clients through both opportunity and uncertainty.

Ken integrates sophisticated investment management with holistic investment planning, including retirement income design, tax-aware portfolio construction, estate planning strategies, and business succession planning. He is committed to delivering clarity amid complexity and aligning each client’s capital with their long-term vision and values.

Ken graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah, earning dual degrees in Economics and Spanish. His academic background supports his analytical investment framework, while his study of language and culture reflects his belief that exceptional advisory relationships are built on communication and trust.

Family is central to Ken’s life. He and his wife, Lisa, are the proud parents of three grown and married children and the grateful grandparents of three beautiful granddaughters. An avid adventurer, Ken walked all 500 miles of the Camino de Santiago in 2023 and, in 2025, hiked from the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean across Costa Rica—experiences that reflect the perseverance and long-term mindset that also define his approach to wealth management.

Jake Webster is a Financial Advisor with The Webster Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, where he works alongside a multigenerational team dedicated to providing disciplined, long-term wealth management for individuals and families. Jake brings a relational, client-first approach to advising, grounded in his belief that confidence and clarity are essential components of every successful financial journey.

With a background in economics, Jake focuses on helping clients structure investment portfolios that align with their long-term goals while staying mindful of risk, tax efficiency, and evolving life priorities. He works closely with senior members of the team to deliver the group’s comprehensive process—from retirement and investment strategy to multigenerational considerations—ensuring clients receive the same level of rigor, consistency, and personalized guidance The Webster Group is known for.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Jake built his career in the software industry as a Manager of Business Development and later as an Account Executive. This experience cultivated his strengths in communication, relationship building, and problem solving; skills he now applies daily as he helps clients have confidence with their complex financial lives.

Jake graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and an emphasis in Financial Planning. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he values clear communication and strives to make each client feel fully understood and supported.

Outside the office, Jake enjoys golf, boating, and making the most of sunny days with his family. He and his wife, Hanah, live in the Salt Lake City area with their two daughters, Nellie and Carter, and their dog, Ollie. He is also active in the community, spending time coaching youth sports and mentoring young athletes.

Cathleen “Cathy” Wright is a senior, client-facing wealth management professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting advisors and serving high-net-worth families. She currently serves as a Client Performance Analyst with The Webster Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, where she partners closely with Financial Advisors to deliver thoughtful, high-touch service and help ensure seamless execution of complex client strategies.

In her role, Cathy plays a central part in coordinating portfolio implementation, asset allocation analysis, and portfolio reviews across client accounts. She supports retirement and cash-flow planning initiatives, oversees rebalancing and trade coordination, and helps guide asset consolidation and account transitions. Her experience includes managing trust, estate, and entity accounts, allowing her to assist families with complex, multi-generational planning needs while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Known for her operational excellence and ownership mindset, Cathy collaborates across investment, risk, compliance, and service teams to ensure disciplined execution and a smooth client experience. She prepares detailed materials for client meetings, tracks follow-through on action items, and anticipates servicing needs before they arise. Her proactive communication style and commitment to precision help strengthen both advisor effectiveness and long-term client relationships.

Previously, Cathy served as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate at UBS Financial Services, Inc. in Salt Lake City and spent 15 years with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, advancing through multiple leadership and service roles, including Financial Planning Associate and Branch Administrative Manager.

Cathy holds FINRA Series 7, and 66 licenses and earned her Associate of Science degree from Ricks College.

Outside of the office, Cathy loves to travel and recharge by the water, especially when it involves a beautiful beach and a lounge chair in the sun. She treasures time with her beloved dogs, Harry and Sally, and enjoys a full and rich social calendar filled with an endless supply of loving and dedicated friends.
