With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, I am dedicated to helping clients meet their financial needs by developing customized investment plans around their long-term goals. My extensive experience through working on Wall Street and major shifts in the markets enables me to help my clients structure portfolios to address their specific financial objectives. We leverage investment planning sessions to position your wealth in the most tax efficient manner.
I graduated from Temple University in 1990 and started my career on Wall Street as a "Buy-Side Trader" for Mutual Fund Companies in the 90's. In 2000 moved to Connecticut to work for UBS Warburg on the "Institutional Sell-Side" of Wall Street as a position trader managing my own portfolios and received a promotion to Research Sales VP of Investments in 2003. In 2006, I joined the firm Tradition Asiel as VP of Research and Equity Sales, bringing cutting edge research to market involving Credit Default Swaps. In 2009 while working for Convergex, built and managed a trading desk for the firm. Joined PNC in 2017 as a financial advisor and received a promotion to First Vice President being a top ten producer of all FAs hired in their first three years. I joined Wells Fargo 2020, as a Senior Financial Advisor delivering solutions for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
I have been married for 24 years and have three boys. I enjoy playing basketball and golf in my spare time. We like to travel as a family and frequently visit our boys in college at Northeastern and Penn State.

Dan Mandel
Executive Director
Dan Mandel is a senior wealth strategist with Wells Fargo Bank in the Wealth & Investment Management Division in Radnor, PA with over fifteen years of experience in financial services and planning. Dan focuses on wealth and charitable planning strategies for clients, helping them pursue their personal and family financial goals as well as providing guidance on how they can use wealth to create a lasting legacy.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Dan worked as an estate planning consultant at another large financial institution. He also previously practiced law with regional firms in Philadelphia focusing his practice on transactional law and drafting estate plans.
While no longer practicing law, Dan obtained his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, and a Masters of Law in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations and a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
Dan currently serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of Congregation Adath Israel. He and his wife Rory have two children and reside in suburban Philadelphia.

Elizabeth A. Leska
Executive Director
Beth Leska is a senior custom credit banker and Executive Director with Wells Fargo Bank's Wealth & Investment Management located in Princeton, New Jersey with more than 35 years of experience in financial services. Beth works as a part of a team to help achieve the comprehensive wealth management goals of high-net worth individuals. As a senior custom credit banker, she specializes in providing her custom credit knowledge and experience to help deliver tailored lending services that support clients complex borrowing needs. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Beth worked as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch in Philadelphia, PA for three and half years, where she specialized in wealth management services for business owners and entrepreneurs. Beth earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and Master of Science degree in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from Rutgers School of Health-Related Professions. In addition, she served in the United States Army as a Military officer and served with the 101st Airborne Division Fort Campbell, KY.

Steven Adorno
Steven Adorno is an Alternative Investment Consultant for WIM Alternative Investments Products. WIM Alternative Investments Products works with alternative investment products and services—including direct private investments, hedge funds, managed futures, commodities, private equity, and private real estate offerings—that complement traditional investment portfolios.
In his current role, Steven focuses on consulting advisors and creating complimentary alternative investment sleeves for their clients that coincide with their investment objective and risk tolerance. He is well versed in hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real assets, and direct private investments. Prior to his current role Steven worked for a medical device company that was purchased by a private equity firm, he also worked on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with specialist's firm Benjamin Jacobson & Sons. Steven has over 14 years of industry experience. Steven earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina, Charlote and holds his Series 7 and 66.
