I have found that trust, communication and a mutual understanding, are essential elements to a successful relationship. As we work with our clients, we develop comprehensive wealth management strategies to help grow, preserve and ultimately transition their wealth to the next generation. We take a long-term approach and ensure that our clients know they can rely on our team to work with them as a steward of their wealth for generations to come.

I was born and raised in Birmingham, AL and attended the University of Alabama for both undergraduate and graduate school where I received a Master of Accountancy. I hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional designation and before joining the group in 2016, I was a practicing CPA* with Sellers, Richardson, Holman, and West, LLP. I performed annual financial statement and 401(k) retirement plan audit services for prominent companies across the southeast.

I am married to Lauren Tovar and together we have three beautiful daughters, Emma (4), Mae (2) and Izzy (1). We enjoy traveling, spending quality time together, and when schedules permit, finding time for Dad to golf. I place an emphasis on enjoying life to the fullest with family and friends.

As a Financial Advisor with Tovar Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, I serve our clients with integrity, honesty and compassion. I focus on building long-term relationships by actively listening, communicating early and often, and gaining a deep understanding of our clients’ unique goals and aspirations. I was born and raised in Birmingham, AL and attended Auburn University for undergraduate and graduate school.

Prior to joining the Tovar Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, I spent 10 years as a CPA* at Ernst & Young, LLP (EY). In my role as a Senior Manager, I led audit teams for Financial Services clients that ranged from Fortune 500 insurance companies and banks, to privately held companies. I delivered excellent client service and helped our clients navigate complex accounting areas such as acquisitions, valuations and the adoption of new accounting standards.

I am married to Will Hardison and a proud mother of three children, Owen (6), Ward (4), and Virginia (1). I have a passion for making connections in the community. I am a co-founder and member of Echelon, the junior board of the Salvation Army Birmingham Area Command, and a member of the Junior League of Birmingham. I enjoy playing tennis, reading, cooking, and am a novice mahjong player.

I oversee the team’s daily business operations, effectively managing the overall workflow for the team. I am focused on developing and maintaining client relationships. I strive to proactively provide high-level service to help ensure all client needs are fulfilled. I am dedicated to helping my clients with all aspects of their accounts including money movement, cash management and transfers, opening new accounts, consolidation of outside assets, and many other service needs. Working as a team, I enjoy our shared belief in taking care of our clients with the highest level of service. We are committed to always do what is right for the client. 

I attended Broward Community College where I received an Associate of Arts Degree with Honors in Business Administration.  I am a veteran of the financial services industry since 1989.  I joined the Tovar Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2022.  I hold the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 Securities Registrations. As well as insurance licenses for life, accident, health insurance and variable annuities. 

I was born in Ohio, raised in South Florida, and moved to Birmingham, Alabama in 2000. I have been married to my husband Blake for over 25 years. We have three grown children, a son Hunter, and twin girls Hayden and Haley. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, Auburn sports and attending concerts.
