2018 Barron’s Hall of Fame Advisor (years 2008-2018). To be named a Barron’s Hall of Fame Advisor the advisor has to have been named by Barron’s for ten years in their Top 100 Advisor ratings. In Kathleen Malone's case, they qualified for the Hall of Fame in 2018, based on 10 years on the Top 100 Women Advisors list. Qualifying for the Hall of Fame is a one-time event and remains in perpetuity. The Barron’s Top 100 Women Advisors ratings are based on the previous year’s assets under management, revenue generated for the advisors’ firms, and the quality of the advisors’ practices. Investment performance isn’t an explicit factor because clients have varied goals and risk tolerances. Self-completed questionnaire was used for rating.
