Michael is a Managing Director who began his career as a financial advisor in 1992 and brings over 34 years of experience guiding individuals and families toward their financial goals. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner, he focuses on comprehensive planning and a relationship-driven approach. He holds an MBA from Drexel University and earned his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, travel and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Ann is a Managing Director and has been a Financial Advisor since 2000 - she has worked alongside Michael since 2005, building decades long client relationships and delivering thoughtful guidance. She holds a finance degree from George Washington University and has earned the Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC®) designation. Ann is known for her dedication, service, professionalism and commitment to helping clients navigate their financial lives with care and consistency.  Outside of work, Ann enjoys spending time with her husband, their two dogs and has a passion for all things fitness.

Matthew is a Financial Consultant who entered the industry in 2004 and focuses on investment allocation and client-centered financial guidance. He is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) and holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Since joining the team in 2013, Matthew has worked closely with clients to develop thoughtful, goal-oriented investment strategies and ensure portfolios remain aligned with their long-term objectives. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and coaches youth basketball.

Alex began her career at Wells Fargo in 2003, where she developed extensive experience in wealth management prior to joining the team in 2026. She has helped clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive planning and investment management. Alex holds a Finance degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2018. She is committed to delivering thoughtful, ethical guidance centered around long-term client relationships. Outside of work, Alex enjoys staying active, cooking, traveling, and supporting local community and animal welfare organizations.

Maggie has been with Wells Fargo since 2014 and joined the Weinberg Baron Investment Group in 2022. She is known for her strong commitment to client service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Maggie has built her career on delivering consistent, reliable service and supporting clients throughout their financial journeys. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, who recently welcomed a new baby girl.

Jennifer began her career at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2015 with the Weinberg Baron Investment Group and is known for her strong commitment to client service, professionalism, and attention to detail. She has built her career on delivering consistent, reliable service and supporting clients throughout their financial journeys. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two young grandchildren.
