In addition to twenty years of managing investments across global markets and helping clients design wealth distribution plans; I am committed to critical skill development and have earned the following designations:
- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification,
- Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®, and
- Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®.
Serving as the leader of the advisory team I work closely with my clients' other professional advisors to help integrate their investments with their tax and wealth distribution plans.
As a PIM Portfolio Manager it is my duty to serve in a discretionary relationship with my clients when appropriate. Only a limited number of the firm's financial advisors have met the rigorous standards of portfolio management experience, advanced education, and ethical standards needed to serve in this capacity.
I provide discretionary asset management that allocates client investments across four asset classes; equities, fixed income, currencies and commodities. My strategies seeks to find favorable opportunities in all market conditions.
I help my clients align their investments with their social policies.
I have been recognized by Wells Fargo Advisors as a Premier Advisor, (from 2011-2013 and from 2017-2018) a distinction reserved for a select group of Financial Advisors within the Firm as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on either of the last two years, and professionalism. Additional criteria, including length of service may also be used to determine recipients.
With a commitment to critical skill development I have attended post-graduate seminars in Investment Decisions, Risk Management and Behavioral Finance at the following business schools:
- Harvard Business School (Harvard University),
- Irwin Graduate School of Business (The American College),
- Stanford Graduate School of Business (Stanford University),
- Stern School of Business (New York University), and
- Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania)
