Meet Our Team

Paul began his financial career as a technical analyst on the floor of the Pacific Exchange in Los Angeles. He then moved to Crowell Weedon as a Proprietary Trader. In 2003 he changed his focus from trading the markets to working with individuals and businesses and joined Merrill Lynch in 2003. Paul started Zambriski-Polson Wealth Advisors in 2017.

Paul’s main focus prior to the financial world was centered on academics and sailing. He graduated from The College of Charleston with honors while participating on the sailing team, winning numerous national championships. After college, he pursued his dream to represent the United States at the Olympics in the sport of sailing. He and his teammates participated in the US Olympic Sailing trials in both 1992 and 1996 and held a ranking as high as 3rd on the US Sailing Team. The experience and this high level of training and international competition have given Paul and his team a global perspective that most other teams can’t match. 

He has taken this skill and given back to the community. As a board member and active supporter of the King Harbor Youth Foundation in Redondo Beach since 1991, Paul has held nearly every board position and has helped the Foundation accomplish its mission of sharing the love of sailing and water related activities to local girls and boys of all backgrounds, in order to build self-esteem, teamwork and a respect for the environment.

Paul and his wife, Shannon, have two young children, Grace and John. They live in the Southwood area of Torrance where they are active members of the King’s Harbor Church.

Tyler graduated with Honors from UCLA, having completed financial planning coursework, he earned the CFP^® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He began his financial services career at Merrill Lynch in 2002. He and Paul created The Zambriski-Polson Wealth Advisors in 2017.

He has traveled to over 15 different countries around the world (and counting) and enjoys active vacations, including hiking, kayaking, snorkeling.

Tyler is also active in the community. He has held several positions with the South Bay Bruins, an active group of UCLA alumni that whose goal is to bring the spirit of UCLA to the South Bay. He helped coordinate “coaches' dinners” benefiting the scholarship funds. The South Bay Bruins fund two scholarships a year to needs-based students who have been accepted to UCLA. Most Saturdays in the fall, you can find him out at the Rose Bowl cheering on the Bruins.

He also participates in the Principal for a Day with the Los Angeles Unified School District. This program gives business leaders in the community an opportunity to see the challenges facing our public school system. Tyler actively works with two elementary schools on efforts to enhance the quality of education of the children attending the school.

Alysha Haezaert-House is a graduate of UCLA where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Art History. Alysha is a Client Associate who oversees the administrative and operational aspects of the team. Prior to joining the team, she was a Client Service Associate at Huber Capital Management where she provided support to multiple departments as well as serving as a member of the client service team.

She currently resides in Torrance with her husband and dog. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and playing board games.
