As a Platinum Council Advisor* (previously known as Premier Advisor)in years 2022, 2023 & 2024, Steve has been delivering personalized investment planning services for foundations, businesses and families for over thirty-six years and gained extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets. Steve is a Senior PIM® Portfolio Investment Manager**, responsible for designing and managing discretionary portfolios which are designed to help clients meet their unique financial goals through our Envision® planning process.
Additionally, Steve is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional who has earned the professional certification in 1994. Steve served as President of the local chapter of the Financial Planning Association, the professional association of Certified Financial Planners.
Steve began his career in 1985 as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. In 1996 he joined Wachovia Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors.
Steve was elected President of the Estate Planning Council of Northern Kentucky in 2001. EPCNK is an organization of attorneys, CPAs, CFP® professionals, insurance professionals who have earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation, and bank trust officers that help clients align their assets with their charitable and estate planning goals. Steve’s role was to discover planning opportunities and to work with clients in their interactions with respected professionals.
Steve’s family has resided in Northern Kentucky for six generations. He attended Covington Latin, then earned his BA in Philosophy at University of Louisville. He is committed to his community, having served on Covington City Commission from 2010 - 2016, the Gateway Community College Foundation Board, Covington’s Economic Development Authority, and has served on the Boards of Northern Kentucky Convention Center and the Metropolitan Club. Steve and his wife, Nancy, donate time and resources to the community, including Northern Kentucky University College of Informatics, Gateway Community College, Covington Latin, Rotary International and Cincinnati’s Center for Holocaust and Humanity Center. They are the proud grandparents of their son, Steven and his wife Lela’s, three children.

As a Private Investment Management (PIM) Portfolio Manager at Wells Fargo Advisors since December 2018, Martin primarily manages clients’ assets with full discretion as part of the firm’s advisory program. In particular, he favors portfolios with individual stocks and bonds where clients can potentially benefit by direct ownership and greater tax efficiencies. He may offer specialty products to complement clients’ portfolio strategies. Fundamentally, he believes all financial advice is highly personal for helping clients to realize their best life.
Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Martin spent eight years at UBS Financial Services as a portfolio manager actively managing equity portfolios and advising on estate and retirement planning. Prior to that he worked seven years at Fifth Third Securities customizing individual bond ladders for clients while at the same time also in the Fifth Third Private Bank trust department helping families with multi-generational wealth strategy planning
Outside of his primary activities at Wells Fargo Advisors, Martin serves as the honorary consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Cincinnati.
Martin earned his masters’ degree in business administration from INSEAD – Business School for the World - in 2001, and his Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from University of Cincinnati in 1996. He spent one year in 1992-93 on non-degree studies at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.
Martin lives in East Walnut Hills, a central neighborhood of Cincinnati. He is married to Dagmar, and they have four children, Victoria, Cecilia, Philip and Juliana. The children attend or have attended the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business Honors Plus program, IE University in Spain, the Summit Country Day School, the Good Shepherd Catholic Montessori School, and St. Edmund Campion. The Wilhelmy’s are active parishioners at Old St. Mary’s Church and members of the Queen City Club. They like travel, languages, culinary arts, and sports.

He is dedicated to helping clients meet and exceed their financial needs, and thoroughly enjoys working alongside clients to simplify complex information and make their lives easier.
Before entering the financial services industry, he graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a degree in finance. His previous work experience includes working with high net worth clients at Fidelity Investments and Citibank. Now as a Financial Advisor with The Frank Wilhelmy Hearn Wealth Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, he takes pride in working for a firm that puts you first.
Away from the office, he enjoys running, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends. He is a huge FC Cincinnati fan, as well as the Reds, Bengals, and Bearcats! He also volunteers as a coach for FC Cincinnati’s West End Pride youth soccer team. He lives in Fort Thomas with his wife, Whitney and two young children, Finley and Oakley.
Tisha is an Assistant Vice President - Senior Registered Client Associate who focuses on delivering concierge service to fulfill clients’ needs. She works with the team as a direct point of contact for clients with questions and issues, processing daily operational needs and performing necessary operational functions for accounts in our managed portfolio programs.
Tisha joined Wells Fargo Advisors with Martin Wilhelmy in December 2018 after working together at UBS Financial Services. The four years prior to joining UBS, Tisha worked as a Financial Advisor focusing her practice on female clients who were business owners, corporate executives, individuals and widows. Before starting her journey as an advisor Tisha spent nearly 10 years at Morgan Stanley working her way up from Client Service Associate to Portfolio Management Associate to Financial Advisor. She holds Series 7 and 66 registrations and life, health and disability insurances. She also studied International Business and Finance at Bradley University and The University of Cincinnati.
Tisha lives in Pleasant Ridge with her husband, Johnny and their dog, Saigon. In her leisure time she enjoys traveling, reading, eating and visiting with friends and family. Tisha is a hometown fan and supports all local teams.
As an Assistant Vice President - Senior Registered Client Associate, Julie takes pride in developing relationships with clients. She joined The Skyline Wealth Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, in the summer of 2019. Her role with the team is to make sure that all operational items are done in an efficient and timely manner. She also takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
Julie has been in the financial services industry for over 31 years. She started with A.G. Edwards in 1993 and continued through the mergers of Wachovia Securities and then Wells Fargo Advisors. Julie received the Premier Client Associate award* for five years in a row. This award recognizes the firm’s most distinguished client associates that deliver outstanding service.
Julie moved to Liberty Township from Aurora, CO, with her husband, Greg, and daughter, Alexa in 2019. Away from the office she enjoys traveling, boating, camping and watching the Denver Broncos and Cincinnati Bengals.
