Our FA Steven Frank - Helping in the Community

Another example of how a Skyline Wealth Consulting Group FA gets involved in helping the community is being displayed via NKU with The Cybersecurity Student Project Fund. This fund, created and funded by Steven and Nancy Frank, establishes financial support for students to work in the JRG Cyber Threat Intelligence Lab. Students work on projects that leverage and enhance their cybersecurity knowledge and skills while allowing them to also work as peer mentors and coaches, project assistants, assist with cybersecurity summer camps, educational and outreach projects, and much more. Without the established student project fund many students would not be able to pursue their educational goals in the cybersecurity field.

Steve and Nancy are proud to sponsor two students in the Summer 2024 session:

Ben Molly is a senior double majoring in Cybersecurity and applied Software Engineering, with a 3.93 university GPA. He is a graduate of Moeller High School.

Rohan Karki is a sophomore in the Cybersecurity Track of the IT major, minoring in Economics, with a university GPA of 3.88. He comes to NKU as an international student from Nepal.

OVV

Each year Ohio Valley Voices host a fundraiser which helps guarantee that the children of OVV have the resources they need to grow into competent and confident communicators. We are honored to have been gold sponsor of this year’s Gala event, which raised over $310,000 for the children and families who attend their programs.

Ohio Valley Voices (OVV) is an early intervention program located in Southwest Ohio that teaches children from birth to age eight who are deaf and hard of hearing to listen and talk using cochlear implants/hearing aids. By offering a data-driven curriculum in a nurturing, language-enriched setting, their team of specialists give children the tools they need to talk and reach their full potential.

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded according to the Moog oral education philosophy; Ohio Valley Voices is one of the best early intervention programs of its kind in the country. OVV supports families from the identification of their child’s hearing loss to early language acquisition, and mainstream to their choice of private or public school. Their campus draws families from throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton region, across the United States, and around the world.

Putting Your Family on the Path toward Multi-Generational Success

Putting Your Family on the Path toward Multi-Generational Success - PIC.png

Wells Fargo research shows that parents and their adult children want to engage in

financial conversations, but often they don’t know how to get the conversation

started.

In 2023, Wells Fargo conducted a survey on individuals over the age of 50 who had at

least $1 million in investable assets – money they made largely on their own.

This in-depth piece highlights what wealth builders think, their thoughts on family

business succession planning, sustaining multigenerational legacy and building

multigenerational success. It also summarizes the results of Wells Fargo research with

actionable insights for multigenerational conversations.
