Jay has been ranked annually by Barron’s as one of the Top 1,200 Advisors in the United States in 2018-20242, and as one of the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors in 2020 – 2024.3 Jay grew up in Avon, CT. He attended Yale University and graduated with a BA in Psychology in 1993. After Yale he managed the Hartford County, CT division of college student house painting company Flying Colors.
Jay left Flying Colors in 1996 to attend the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Wharton in 1998 with an MBA in Finance. After business school, Jay went straight into wealth management in the Private Client Services Group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). Credit Suisse acquired DLJ in 2000 and kept the Private Client Services Group intact. Jay worked at Credit Suisse until March 2016, when he joined Wells Fargo Advisors in Radnor, PA. Jay currently lives with his wife, Linda, their two daughters, Cayla & Camiryn, and their son, Tyler, in Berwyn, PA. When Jay is not working or spending time with his family, he loves to fish – for striped bass, steelhead, salmon, smallmouth bass, and just about everything else that swims.

Kelly grew up in Naperville, IL. He attended Marquette University and graduated with a BA in Economics in 1994. After college he spent 12 years as a trader on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange trading equity and interest rate derivatives. Kelly left trading in 2006 after graduating with an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. After business school, Kelly joined the MBA Training Program in the Credit Suisse Private Bank. Kelly worked at Credit Suisse until March 2016, when he joined Wells Fargo Advisors in Chicago, IL. Kelly currently lives with his wife, Rachel, their three sons, Deklin, Braden & Conor and their daughter Keira, in Naperville, IL. When Kelly is not working or spending time with his family, he loves playing golf.
Jennifer grew up in Doylestown, PA. She has been ranked in 2023-2024 by Forbes as one of the Top Women Wealth Advisors Best- In-State.7 In 2023-2024, she was ranked by Forbes as one of the Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-in-State.5 She holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. After her undergraduate studies, Jennifer launched her career by advising high-net worth individuals and families at Bank of New York Mellon. While working at Bank of New York Mellon, Jennifer earned her MBA in Finance from Villanova University. Upon graduating from Villanova University, she left to join J.P. Morgan PrivateBank. After spending a few years at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, she moved to Credit Suisse Private Bank. Jennifer worked with Jay, Dave and Kelly at Credit Suisse Private Bank. She worked at Credit Suisse until March 2016, when she and the team left to join Wells Fargo Advisors in Radnor, PA. Jennifer currently lives with her husband, two sons and daughter in Malvern, PA. When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys traveling, dining out, skiing and spending time with the family.
Chris grew up in Larchmont, NY. He graduated Williams College in 1990. He first worked as an account representative for Marsh & McLennan. In 1992, he left to manage the Fairfield County, CT division of college student house painting company Flying Colors, where he met and worked alongside Jay Beaulieu. Chris left Flying Colors in 1997 to pursue his MBA at the Wharton School. After completing his MBA, Chris worked in management consulting for McKinsey & Company in New York. In 2001, he was recruited into a strategy and innovation role at American Express. Chris then moved to Bank of America in 2005 where he had successive roles in strategy and innovation for the Small Business and Mass Affluent segments. After the Merrill Lynch transaction, Chris became the National Specialist Executive for Merrill Edge – leading a team that supported advisors across the country in adopting best practices for financial planning and growth. Chris joined Wells Fargo Advisors in July of 2018. When Chris is not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys running and rooting for his beloved NY sports teams.
