When Jeff's father, Morris, started in the business in 1961 he believed that clients should always feel welcome and there should be no barriers for a client getting the best financial advice available. For nearly half a century, this principle has been one of our core values from which we have not wavered.

Our promise to you:

  1. We strive to provide better service than any other financial advisor or client associate at any other financial services firm.

  2. We will answer the telephone when you call during business hours. We will never have a telephone menu. If the person you are calling is not available when you call, he or she will call you back promptly.

  3. If there is ever a problem, any of us are happy to help you. We will personally resolve the issue for you. You will not be "bounced around" the office.

  4. We will not promise performance - no one can. We will recommend investments and strategies that are appropriate for you and your financial situation. We will never pressure you.

  5. We will always be available to you and your family. You are welcome to call or come in at any time.
