Business Philosophy
The DelGreco Santini Wealth Management Group provides personalized, professional services for your distinct needs and circumstances. Working initially with the Wells Fargo Advisors Envision® process, which offers clients a unique set of tools and technology to discuss your life expectations, we focus on an appropriate investment strategy, track your progress, and update your approach as needed. As market conditions fluctuate and life changing events occur, we stand ready to help guide your financial journey, and keep your plan on target. Our team has a depth of experience combined with an unparalleled service level that has pleased many generations of families. We welcome you to meet with us and see how our approach has satisfied so many clients through the years.
Our approach to investing is disciplined and we avoid reactions to short-term events. We are also able to offer an array of products and services. At all times you will have two advisors who are familiar with your accounts and your goals to enhance responsiveness for any questions that may arise. We request an annual review and more frequently when appropriate. This can be in person or by telephone depending upon your location and personal preference.
We expect an open dialogue so that we can be made aware of any changes that may impact your financial position such as tax situations, job changes, births, deaths, marriages or any change in goals. It is critical to maintain this open communication as we work together. Any and all questions are important. We always respond to our telephone calls from you within a very timely manner and we also expect the same of you.
We are compensated primarily by advisory programs, through annual fees. In these programs, we work with experienced portfolio managers and Wells Fargo Investment Institute (WFII). Transactions such as buying or selling of stocks, bonds, or mutual funds in these accounts are typically done on a flat-fee basis. If the circumstances dictate, clients will have an account or accounts that make infrequent changes and pay us a commission on a transactional basis.
