Ariana is committed to guiding clients through every aspect of their financial lives with thoughtful, personalized advice. Collaborating seamlessly with clients’ CPAs, Estate Attorneys, and other trusted professionals, Ariana delivers an integrated wealth management experience tailored to each client’s unique goals, values, and risk tolerance.

Her approach is comprehensive and deeply personalized—encompassing investment planning, risk and liability management, philanthropic strategies, and long-term retirement and wealth transfer planning. Ariana primarily advises high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes with clarity and confidence.

Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Ariana was an Electronic Sales Associate at Investment Technology Group, a leading institutional trading firm based in New York City. There, she gained valuable experience in financial markets and institutional trading strategies.

Ariana holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, as well as a California State Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.

Originally from San Diego, California, Ariana spent a decade in Boston, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College. During her time there, she served as captain of the women’s club volleyball team.

Outside of her professional life, Ariana is passionate about health and wellness. She enjoys competitive and recreational sports including volleyball, snow skiing, and water skiing. She also values quality time with family and friends and frequently travels to the East Coast and Bass Lake.

With 30 years of experience, Kevin Jaggie is dedicated to assisting clients address their financial needs by developing strategic investment plans based on both long and short term goals, as well as risk tolerance. Kevin’s extensive knowledge throughout major shifts in the market allow him to work with clients to structure portfolios that are expertly tailored to their individual and family goals.

Prior to beginning his career, Kevin attended San Diego State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Education has remained a strong value of Kevin’s as he has successfully studied to become a CFP® professional and PIM Portfolio Manager.

Away from the office you can find Kevin experiencing the world both locally and abroad. He enjoys backpacking with friends and exploring the world with his wife, Sanette and spending time with their children Christian, Elizabeth, Nolan & Kahlil. He is also involved with his local high school basketball program and has served as the board of chair for multiple non-profits such as the Sonoma Valley Hospital Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Sonoma and the Sonoma Valley Education Foundation. He is currently serving on the board of the Sonoma County Community Foundation.

As a financial services professional for more than 30 years, Richard’s career includes diverse experience in investments, asset management, venture capital, and board level representation.  He provides advice to clients on array of issues centered about their financial well-being; the primary objective of which is to develop and implement strategies consistent with their attainment and preservation of personal wealth.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Villanova University; a Law Degree (not currently practicing) and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University.  Richard holds the CFP® certification.

As Client Performance Analyst, Ming leads the investment management practice for the Hanley | Jaggie | Barry Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. She shapes the team’s investment philosophy and craft appropriate investment strategy for client portfolios.  She brings a broad range of experience in investment research, portfolio construction, and risk analysis from her 20 years in the capital markets.

Prior to joining the Hanley | Jaggie | Barry Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Ming was a Senior Portfolio Analyst, consulting on investment portfolios for Financial Advisors across Wells Fargo Advisors nationwide.  She also has experience coaching and developing new Financial Advisors.  Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors, she was a Regional Manager at Scottrade.

Ming received her Bachelor of Science from Saint Louis University.  In addition, Ming earned her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of St. Louis. 

Ming, her husband Kyle, and their daughter, Claire, live in Saint Louis, Missouri.  Away from the office, she enjoys playing golf, running, and spending time with family and friends.

Kate is a Senior Registered Client Associate for the Hanley | Jaggie | Barry Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. Kate Racette began her career in the financial services industry in 1994 and brings extensive experience within the investment and wealth management industries. Kate holds her FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations. Kate's top priority is helping clients with providing superior service.

Kate grew up in Northern California, graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and resides in San Diego with her husband, Rick. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking and traveling.

Sara is a Senior Client Associate for the Hanley | Jaggie | Barry Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. Sara worked for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as a personal banker from 2014-2020 and prior to returning to Wells Fargo & Company, she joined Union Bank of California as a VP, Senior Relationship Banker from 2020-2022. Sara’s commitment is to provide administrative support to the team and exceptional service to clients.

Sara grew up in Southern California and has lived in San Diego since 2017. On her free time, she enjoys visiting family in Oregon and enjoys watching basketball.  She also serves on the board of Unique Differences in Development, a non-profit organization, supporting sport programs for youth with disabilities.

Courtney is a Senior Client Associate for the Hanley | Jaggie | Barry Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. She started her financial career with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in 2009 as a Branch Manager and, later, a Relationship Banker. Courtney is adept at research and problem solving and uses these skills to help our clients proactively plan for all scenarios.

Courtney moved to Sonoma County from New Jersey in 2021 with her husband, Bob, and her children, Olive and Peter. When not at work, you can find Courtney cheering for Olive on the soccer field, flexing her culinary skills in the kitchen or rooting for the New York Mets during baseball season. She is also learning how to be a champion of children with special needs.
