David J. Kron is a Private Wealth Financial Advisor and PIM^® Portfolio Manager at the Kron & Polis Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. He is currently Managing Director – Investments and brings 27 years’ experience to the team. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their life goals.

In the past, David has served as a Board Member of the Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation, the Kardon Institute, and the Jewish Heritage Program. David holds a bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami in Florida. During his leisure time, David enjoys playing tennis and basketball, and he is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. David, his wife, and children reside in Bucks County, PA.

Lisa Ward-Cargill has over 20 years of industry experience. Along with Senior Registered Client Registered Associate, Kerry Kain, and Senior Registered Client Associate, Akash Patel, and Client Associate, Dawn Burns, Lisa is one of the four operational keystone of Kron & Polis Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. Through their understanding of back office management and operations, they are committed to helping ensure clients receive support and guidance they deserve every step of the way.

Akash began his financial services career in 2014 with Wells Fargo Bank after earning a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech. He gained broad experience as a teller and licensed personal banker before joining Wells Fargo Advisors as a Client Associate in 2020. In 2023, he became a member of Kron & Polis Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.
 
In his current role, Akash partners with Financial Advisors, David, Matt, and Andrew to develop integrated wealth plans using Wells Fargo Advisors’ eMoney® Planning Process. This collaborative approach helps clients define what matters most and monitor their progress with confidence. Akash also supports clients’ ongoing operational needs alongside Client Associates, Lisa, Kerry, and Dawn.

Dawn Burns began her financial career in 2011 with Wells Fargo Bank. She joined the Advisors team as a Client Associate in 2025 and is known for her strong operational focus, organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service. A quick learner, Dawn approaches her work with patience and a helpful mindset, supporting both clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
