Andrew Polis is a founding team member and serves as Managing Director – Investments for The Kron & Polis Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. He brings more than 30 years of financial services experience to his clients by helping them build and manage customized wealth plans with a focus on risk reduction and tax-efficienct strategies.
Andrew is a member of the Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council – which is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on either of the past two years, and professionalism. Additional criteria, including length of service, may also be used to determine recipients – from 2009-2022.1 Andy has also been acknowledged as a Five Star Wealth Manager as seen in “Philadelphia Magazine” from 2012 to 2022.2
He brings a multi-generational aspect to the team, as he worked side-by-side with his father, advising clients for more than 25 years. He strives to continue that legacy and actively collaborates with his team to provide multi-generational wealth planning and financial advice to their clients.
Away from the office, Andrew is an avid tennis player and active in his synagogue. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Westchester University. He and his wife, Deborah, have two grown sons and live in Huntingdon Valley, PA.

After coming to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2008, Matt Cass joined the Kron & Polis Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2012, backed by numerous years of experience helping clients plan for their financial goals. Matt’s primary responsibility is to provide clients with integrated wealth plans using Wells Fargo Advisors’ Envision® Planning Process. Using this approach, he and the team help define, prioritize, and track each client’s goals and their progress toward them.
Matt received his BA in Finance from Pennsylvania State University in 2006. As a Financial Advisor, Matt completed the curriculum and examination requirements to earn his Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation. This commitment to continuing career education provides Matt with insights into current planning models and techniques that he is able to adapt to meet his clients’ needs.
Away from the office, Matt is active in sports, enjoys skiing, and has achieved a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Matt currently lives in Elkins Park, PA.

Kerry Goodnight began her financial career in 2013 with J.P. Morgan after graduating in the top of her class from SUNY College at Oneonta with a bachelor’s degree in business economics and a concentration in finance. She joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016 as a Client Associate with the Kron & Polis Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.
Along with Senior Registered Client Associate, Lisa Ward, and Senior Client Associate, Kathy Wachter, Lisa is one of the three operational keystone of Kron & Polis Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. Through their understanding of back office management and operations, they are committed to helping ensure clients receive the ongoing support they deserve every step of the way.
