Ralph D. Lynch, Jr.
Ralph D. Lynch, Jr. is a Managing Director and Wealth Advisor for Lynch McPeek of Clarity Wealth. A seasoned veteran in the industry, Ralph has been advising high net-worth individuals, business owners and their extended families since 1983. His role on the team focuses on portfolio management, market analysis and research— monitoring the economic, political, and social climates. Ralph applies current events and market forecasts when advising our clients to provide thorough, thoughtful recommendations to fit each investors’ unique needs. Prior to founding Lynch McPeek of Clarity Wealth, Ralph worked for thirty years as a Portfolio Manager and Financial Advisor at one of the nation’s largest wealth management firms. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University in 1982.
Ralph is an active member of the Glenview Lions Club. His favorite pastimes include golf and following Chicago sports teams. Ralph lives in Glenview with his wife Tonya. He is the proud father of three children— Kelly, Denise and Quinn.

Maureen L. McPeek
Since 1993, Maureen has served individual investors, business owners, and their extended families. Prior to founding Lynch McPeek of Clarity Wealth, she worked for twenty years as a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor at one of the nation’s largest wealth management firms.
As an Wealth Advisor and Managing Director, Maureen builds comprehensive wealth management plans. She has extensive experience working with client’s legal and tax advisors to develop efficient estate and tax planning strategies. This includes insurance and Long-term Care. She also oversees all aspects of the office as the Branch Manager.
Maureen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1989. She spent two years honing her improv skills at the Second City Training Center in Chicago and graduated with full honors in December of 1994.
Maureen resides in Bonita Springs, Fl and spends her summers in Glenview. She is an avid golfer and an active member at Pelican’s Nest Golf Club and North Shore Country Club. Maureen is a proud mom of two children, Michael & Colleen.

Prior to joining Lynch McPeek of Clarity Wealth, Robert served as a Registered Associate at an Investment Management firm in Northbrook. Robert has his FINRA, Series 7, and 66 security registrations, and his life, health, disability and long term care insurance license. In 2019, Robert earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, adding another valuable designation to his professional range. His role on the team focuses on advising high net-worth individuals, Business owners, and their extended families. He works closely with them on strategies to help achieve desired income goals in retirement, efficiently pass assets to heirs, and hedge against market volatility. Robert employs these strategies in developing comprehensive Estate Plan Strategies for our clients.

Tanya Pomeranets is the Senior Branch Manager at Lynch McPeek of Clarity Wealth. Tanya brings extensive industry experience to the team having spent 13 years working in wealth management at two prestigious Chicago firms. She further developed her leadership and managerial skills in a position at a non-for-profit organization focused on providing educational opportunities to underprivileged children.
Tanya graduated from Glenbrook South High School in Glenview and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University.
Tanya resides in Skokie with her husband and two children. Tanya previously served as treasurer of the PTA board and continues to be an active volunteer in the organization. Tanya enjoys traveling adventures and spending time with family & friends.
