As a Financial Advisor, I am passionate about helping my clients thrive in their personal and professional lives. I work with a select group of individuals, families, and businesses who value sound advice as they navigate complex financial matters. 

Each client relationship begins with a collaborative effort to create an individualized investment plan and portfolio management strategies. When my clients see their needs and aspirations carefully marked as milestones in a written plan, a sense of financial purpose typically takes over. Seeing my clients reach a goal and feel a sense of accomplishment is priceless to me and is the most rewarding aspect of my work.

Born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago, I am from a large family with a proud Mexican heritage and strong values in faith and family.

I’m passionate about advancing prosperity for women, Latinos, and other underserved communities. I value my community and neighbors and regularly commit my personal and professional support to community organizations within southwest Colorado and northern New Mexico, specifically benefitting the Latino and Hispanic communities, and organizations supporting education, women, and children.

My vision is to develop and live in a culture of personalized service and empathy. By leveraging my advice and planning expertise, I can provide solutions that continuously sync your financial objectives with your personal aspirations and your values throughout the many moments of life.


Outside of Business Hours
I am a mother and a wife. A sister, daughter, and granddaughter.

My husband, Colton, and I are raising our young children, Natalie and Ford. As a family, we enjoy the seasons and activities in the four-corners area. We take trails off the beaten path and tow the travel trailer to new destinations. I’m also an avid reader and obtained professional education and training in culinary and pastry arts. I’m an apt at-home chef, love hosting client events and entertaining, and happy to share high-altitude recipes at my annual holiday cookie exchange.

Away from the office, I practice what I preach in the office. Colton and I have regular conversations about finances – we review the family budget together and plan family goals and expenses months in advance. I understand the multi-generational aspects to wealth and engage the next generation of clients.

Ashley Garcia is a people‑first financial professional whose passion for service shapes her work. As a Client Associate, she finds purpose in supporting the client relationship by helping ensure every interaction feels smooth, welcoming, and well‑coordinated. She enjoys being a reliable point of contact; someone clients can count on for clarity, responsiveness, and consistent follow‑through.

Raised in Nebraska and Northern Colorado, Ashley learned the values of community, honesty, and hard work; principles that continue to guide her approach. With a decade of experience as a professional fiduciary, she previously served as Conservator, Personal Representative, Trustee, and Power of Attorney, managing complex affairs and safeguarding those who entrusted her with critical decisions. She is known for her attention to detail, timely execution, and proactive communication.

Based in Colorado Springs, Ashley collaborates closely with Naomi Marty, Financial Advisor, to deliver a seamless client experience. She coordinates onboarding, scheduling, account maintenance, and money movement with precision, ensuring clients receive dependable service and timely support from a cohesive team. Her goal is simple: make it easy for clients to focus on what matters most while feeling supported every step of the way.

Outside the office, Ashley enjoys Dutch Bros coffee runs, collecting turquoise jewelry, and relaxing with a good book. Her dog, Cooper, is a daily reminder to slow down and appreciate the moment. Family remains central in her life, and she treasures time spent with her husband and loved ones. Looking ahead, she keeps one uniquely charming personal goal: owning a donkey someday.
