Ken has more than 29 years’ industry experience of which 15 were spent in leadership roles at Ameriprise Financial, Inc. This experience allowed him to see how many different advisors served their clients. He captured the best practices he witnessed, to form the basis of the personalized service and quality advice he delivers today.  

Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Fresno and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation. He is recognized for the years 2019-2024 as a Platinum Council Advisor, a distinction held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on the past year, and professionalism. Additional criteria, best practices, and team structure may also be used to determine recipients.

Ken lives in Campbell with his wife Ryann. Now that his three kids are in college and beyond, Ken describes himself as a happy workaholic. But when not working, he enjoys travelling and golfing.

As Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor at Orchard Valley Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Nick Pagonis brings 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Nick prioritizes understanding each client’s current financial situation to facilitate discussions about their short, medium, and long-term goals. 

By considering a comprehensive financial p­­icture, risk tolerance, and time horizon, he develops personalized investment plans to help achieve clients' objectives. Before joining Wells Fargo & Company in 2014, Nick spent over seven years as a Private Banker at Union Bank in San Jose, California, where he specialized in offering a wide array of private banking services to his clients.  

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. Nick resides in San Jose, CA, with his wife and three sons. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, and golfing.

As a Financial Advisor, Reed Sparling provides personalized financial guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances, helping them navigate the complexities of the financial world with clarity and confidence. Sitting in the branch, Reed can offer access to lending and banking products and services through Wells Fargo affiliates to help build a balanced investment experience.

Reed joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2022, where he developed a strong foundation as a client associate and new advisor development program graduate. Reed earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a minor in Nutrition, from the University of Washington.  

He is enthusiastic about building relationships with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals. In his free time, Reed enjoys traveling, golfing, coaching, and photography.

In her role as Registered Client Associate, Gianna handles the operational related activities for the team such as establishing and servicing client accounts, preparing forms, researching account inquiries or issues, and assisting in the day-to-day operation of the team. Gianna brings a strong organizational and team-minded approach that ensures all tasks are completed from start to finish.  

Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors in early 2023, she worked in commercial real estate for over 6 years as an Asset Manager, assisting in the management of over 52 industrial and office portfolios across the western US. 

Gianna graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In her free time, she is an avid runner, baker, reader, and travel-planner extraordinaire.
