Paul believes trust is essential for achieving successful outcomes, and he is dedicated to building strong relationships between his clients and his team. He aims to turn individual financial goals into reality through a highly customized investment process while helping clients understand and manage the balance of risk versus reward. As a lifelong learner, Paul is enthusiastic about seeking new opportunities to gain experience and learn skills that benefit his clients.

Paul began his career in the financial services industry 25 years ago, assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives. He is the founding member of the Parson | Dedic Wealth Management Group. His journey started with A.G. Edwards and Sons, which evolved over the years into Wells Fargo Advisors and, most recently, the Parson | Dedic Wealth Management Group under the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. Paul earned his business degree from Delta College and obtained his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) certification from the Wharton School of Business. He completed the Dale Carnegie Management Leadership course and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, along with the Series 24.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and serving his community. He is actively involved in his community, serving on the advisory boards of the St. Charles Community Schools Foundation and the Hartley Nature Center Endowment of the Saginaw School District. He has also previously served on the pastoral council of Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Charles, Michigan.

Jill joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2012. Starting as a client associate, she worked closely with Paul Parson and his now-retired partners, Ray Church and John Reiber, whom she considers mentors in the early stages of her career. Working with them, Jill experienced firsthand the value and importance of quality, client-focused service, and trust.

While working to provide both valuable support to her team and clients, Jill acquired her Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations and completed the Dale Carnegie course. Together, the experience and registrations have successfully guided her into her current role as a Financial Advisor and Executive Vice President, within the Parson | Dedic Wealth Management Group, where she continues to provide exceptional guidance for her clients and for her team.

Owosso is home to Jill, and she enjoys spending time there with her husband, Bob.  In her free time, you may find Jill on the local golf course, gardening, or reading.  Most recently, she has channeled her passions and is coaching a local youth program, Girls on the Run Mid-Michigan as well as serving as a Board Member.

Keith is a Financial Advisor at Parson Dedic Wealth Management Group Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, where he is committed to helping clients build, preserve, and manage their financial futures with confidence and clarity.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in Management from Northwood University, along with an associate’s degree in general studies from Delta College. During his college career, Keith demonstrated discipline and leadership in both academically and athletically, competing as a college baseball player at both Delta College and Northwood University.

In addition to athletics, Keith is a proud Eagle Scout, an achievement that reflects his strong values, work ethic, and dedication to service and leadership.

Professionally Keith has gained early experience as a Career Development Assistant, a role he was in for two years while in college, where he supported students with professional development, career planning, and workforce readiness. Following graduation, he spent over 2 years with J.P Morgan Chase, developing a solid foundation in financial services, client relationships, and disciplined financial practices.

Today, at Parson Dedic Wealth Management, Keith leverages his educational background, professional experience, and leadership mindset to deliver personalized financial strategies tailored to each client goals. He takes pride in building long-term relationships and helping individuals and families navigate their financial journey with trust and confidence.

Colleen Ballard defines being Client Associate at Parson | Dedic Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network as a ‘privilege’.  She is eager to assist wherever she is needed and will be one of the welcoming faces clients see as they walk through the doors or the friendly voice they hear when they call on the phone.

With over 35 years in customer service, Colleen is part of the Parson | Dedic groups commitment to build an outstanding team that makes clients their top priority. Upon meeting her, you’ll discover she’s a people person through and through – learning all about the special things that make a difference in your life.

Born in Owosso and raised in New Lothrop, Colleen is a true Michigander. To wit, she, her husband, and their French bulldog heed the call of the mighty pontoon whenever they can. She also loves taking a ride on her bike, a cruise on their Harley or just enjoying time with family and friends. When you see her, ask her about Compassion International and the ways she supports them!

In her role as Senior Marketing Associate, Bridget is devoted to facilitating client engagement activities as well as coordinating marketing campaigns for the Parson | Dedic Wealth Management Group. The behind-the-scenes support she provides is critical to their community involvement beyond the investment planning side of the business. Willing to help in any way possible, Bridget keeps clients informed and shows them how important they are to the Parson | Dedic Group.

Bridget draws on over 20 years experience in the financial services industry as well as her degree in Business Administration, Management and Marketing, to deliver for clients and their families. With access to the resources available to the Parson | Dedic Wealth Management Group Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, she provides high-quality customer service for their clients at the company and beyond.

Bridget and her husband are thrilled to see their three grown children taking the next steps in life – whether it be starting new jobs, planning weddings or blessing the family with grandchildren. Having grown up in Corunna and raising her family just a short distance away in Owosso, she is never far from her roots. Outside of the office, you will find her cheering on a myriad of sports teams, going on annual adventures to new destinations, spending time at the cabin with family and friends, or scrapbooking to preserve all the memories made!

In her role as Client Associate at Parson Dedic Wealth Management Group, Sierra brings a small-town touch when solving problems and assisting clients. A strong, hard worker by nature, Sierra is counted on by the advisors and clients to always get the job done – whatever it may be.

Before joining the team at Parson Dedic, Sierra gained proficiencies in client care from her past experiences in the dental and professional services industries.

Originally hailing from the small town of Ashley with a population of 500, Sierra enjoys camping and spending time with friends & family. When you see her, ask her how her dog Henry is doing!

Paige Bishop is a motivated professional who brings a positive attitude to everything she does in her role as a Client Associate. As bubbly as she is hardworking, Paige helps streamline operations for both the clients and advisors alike at Parson Dedic Wealth Management Group.

Before taking the next step in her career at Parson Dedic, Paige gained knowledge in both finance and customer service at multiple banking and financial institutions. Passionate about working with people, she is at her best doing whatever she can to assist the advisors as they help clients reach their financial goals. Paige backs up her experience with a bachelor’s in business administration from Saginaw Valley State University.

Having loved the community and connection while growing up in the small town of New Lothrop, MI, Paige moved back there after college – and plans to stay. She is passionate about supporting the Shiawassee Pheasants Forever and the Underground Railroad of Saginaw. In her free time, you’ll find her golfing, hunting, camping, and cherishing time with friends and family.
