    Marshall is the founding member of our team and has been helping clients to realize their financial and life goals since 1995. He loves working with his clients and considers this his full-time hobby. Marshall, a former chemical engineer and manager in the food industry, lives in Ridgefield CT.  Marshall is a big NY Mets fan.  In his spare time, he also enjoys hiking, golf, travel, reading a good novel, plays and concerts, and spending time with his five grandchildren, ages 6 months to 7 years old.

    Cindy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and feels fortunate to have been helping her clients reach their financial goals since 1998. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Cindy earned an MBA in Marketing and was the marketing and regional operations manager for a national dental company. She developed a passion for travel after living in Switzerland for two years in her earlier life. Cindy lives in Ridgefield, CT and enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren, hiking, Broadway musicals, concerts and preserving memories by making digital photo books.

    Jim is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and has been helping clients meet their financial and life goals since 2011.  He enjoys organizing and puzzles, which suits him perfectly for focusing on comprehensive wealth planning.  Jim previously held technical positions for various companies in the broadcast and media industries, and is the recipient of an Emmy award for the sound production of the YES Network's broadcast of the 2009 New York Yankees ticker tape parade.  He enjoys spending time with his family, drinking a good red wine, and exploring new restaurants.

Credentialed as a registered investment adviser or a registered investment adviser representative; 2. Favorable regulatory and complaint history review (unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through Five Star Professional’s consumer complaint process*); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients; 6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8. Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; 9. Number of client households served; 10. Education and professional designations. Wealth managers do not pay a fee to be considered or awarded. Once awarded, wealth managers may purchase additional profile ad space or promotional products.
