    Vincent Russo is a Managing Director - Investment Officer and is one of the founding members of The Russo Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.
    For more than 25 years, Vincent worked directly with his father, who retired after spending 50 years in the financial services industry.

    Proud to have followed in his father's footsteps, Vincent knows how business used to be done, but he has also become familiar with new trends and products. As the lead Financial Advisor for The Russo Wealth Management Group, Vincent helps serve many different life events, including retirement, wealth accumulation, education saving, and insurance. When meeting with his clients, he focuses on risk management, flexibility, and meeting his clients' long-term goals.

    While many of the team's client originally worked with his father, Vincent has been able to continue building long-lasting relationships with next generation. He has gotten to know each of clients' families over the years, and he enjoys having honest conversations with them about life.

    Away from the office, Vincent enjoys spending time with his wife, Rebecca, and their two sons, Vincent Jr. and Benjamin. He also likes to spend time outside, fishing and gardening.

        Managing Director - Investments

        James Burns, Managing Director - Investments, holds a conservative, long-term philosophy that focuses on prudent wealth accumulation, protection, and distribution.

        He believes that investment decisions should be made according to each client's unique financial situation. Jim, along with the entire team at The Russo Wealth
        Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, seeks to provide an individualized level of attention that meets the highest standards of value, management, integrity, and cost.

        Backed by more than 30 years' experience in the financial services industry, Jim serves individuals and businesses in all areas of investment planning, including retirement planning, tax management, estate planning strategies, education funding, risk management, investments, and employee and executive benefits.

        Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors (and its predecessor firms) in 1992, Jim worked at Smith Barney for four years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in
        Business Administration from Western New England College in 1987.

          As a Financial Advisor, I help manage assets for high net worth individuals, families and businesses. Through a longterm investment approach, I help clients develop and implement strategies for building wealth and realizing their goals. My goal is to provide objective and timely financial advice with the highest level of professional service in building and preserving wealth for my clients. By focusing on each investor’s specific needs, I develop strategies that help clients reach their financial goals

          I have over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. I started in the Investment Banking Group at Janney Montgomery Scott in 1987 working on
          Mergers and Acquisitions and Initial Public Offerings in the Mid-Atlantic region. After Janney, I worked for Shearson Lehman Brothers in the Interest Rate Swap group for a short period of time and then for a small Family Office from 1989-1994 where I was an equity research analyst and managed a small portfolio of both Equity and Fixed Income Securities. In 1994 I joined OppenheimerFunds as an Equity Research Analyst. In 1995, in addition to research responsibilities, I added Portfolio Management responsibilities.  From 1995 through early 2018 I managed various Growth and Income, Equity Income and Balanced products.

          While not at work, I enjoy playing tennis, paddle and swimming. My wife and I are the proud parents of twins and I enjoy spending as much time as possible with
          the Family. I have been very active coaching both of my children on their sports teams and I recently completed my tenure on the town Rec Committee. I currently serve on the Finance Committee of the local YMCA.
