I currently manage over $125 million dollars for a variety of people: independent minded women, people of faith, Asian Americans, health care professionals, business owners, and adult children as they care for aging parents.  I have a good sense of current market conditions and how to position portfolio’s whether you are conservative or growth oriented.  I have guided clients in times of growth and are now using defensive strategies to preserve capital.

Background & experience

My work experience spans over 30 years.  Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors, I worked for Mechanics Bank, Silicon Valley Bank, and Citibank.   I worked in various capacities at these firms: wealth management, venture banking and venture capital, commercial real estate valuation, real estate development, construction and finance.  The combination of hands-on experience and formal education allows me to help people make smart money decisions.

I worked for Citibank in  London, New York and SF.   Locally, I worked for Mechanics Bank prior to joining Wells Fargo.   I am experienced in all areas of real estate both residential and commercial.   I have also been involved with venture banking and venture capital.

Personal interests

My wife, Angela, and I live in the city of Richmond, CA, with our two feisty rescue dogs, Odie and Tjay.  I enjoy playing basketball, golf, watching movies and reading books.  We often travel back and forth to Folsom, Yellowstone, and Taiwan.  I am currently in a small faith group working through spiritual exercises, a set of Christian meditations, contemplations, and prayers written by Ignatius of Loyola in 1522-1524.

Having worked in a range of operations and client service roles, I have developed in-depth knowledge of the firm’s processes and procedures and am able to deliver exceptional client service by applying my skills to handle client requests and service needs. I am responsible for handling all operational and client service items including new account setups, account maintenance, money transfers and check requests.


Outside Interests
Away from the office I am a Warriors basketball and world soccer fan and in my spare time, I enjoy gardening, cooking and volunteering at local food banks and my daughter’s school.
