The Keys to a Successful Relationship

A long term, trusting relationship is essential to effective investment planning and asset management. Expectations from the advisor and the client must be well defined in order to develop and maintain a professional working relationship — one where we can help ensure you achieve your financial and life goals.

What you can expect:

You can expect we will and responsibly perform all services related to the development and review of the wealth management planning strategies we implement on your behalf.  We will:

  • Strive to acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of your financial goals and update your current financial information on a regular basis.
  • Follow the “Golden Rule” by being a proactive advisor helping to identify and deliberate financial options along life’s path.
  • Visit directly at least annually to review your Personal Financial Organizer (PFO) and explain the implications of all recommended planning strategies.
  • Act as your primary financial advisory firm, coordinating other related professionals as required.
  • Carefully develop, assess, manage, and review your investment portfolio.
  • Treat you with utmost respect and professionalism.

What we can Expect:

We call this ‘the fit’. Effective communication and mutual respect are essential to a long-term relationship. A few other criteria which help define our expectations include:

  • Your commitment to us as your financial advisory team.
  • Your trust in our abilities to provide you with recommendations and advice.
  • Complete disclosure regarding your financial matters.

We take our fiduciary responsibilities seriously. All investment, tax strategies, estate, and insurance advice will be based on the information you provide to us and will be in your best interest.
