Background & Experience
Will began his career as a Regional Lending Officer at Merrill Lynch in Jacksonville, FL where he learned the importance of client relationships and delivering excellent client service. In 2005 he moved his family to Richmond, VA where he joined Wells Fargo Advisors as the Business Strategy Manager for Banking Services. He met one of his future team members John Taylor shortly after arriving in Richmond. In 2008 he accepted a client and advisor facing role as the Regional Banking Consultant for the Virginia Region where he consulted with clients and advisors around lending. While in this role, he met his other future team members David Mathews and Taylor Waller, both now retired.
Prior to advising clients, he also held several other key leadership roles in the firm including serving as DC/MD/VA’s Productivity Consultant for 10+ years and as the Eastern Region’s Divisional Productivity Manager where he coached and trained financial advisors.
