It has been another busy-fun few months for our family. In May we visited our 7-month-old granddaughter, Maggie, who lives in Tennessee. In June, Andrew, Trevor and I went to Boston for 3 days to support the Scotland soccer team at the World Cup. The biggest news was the recent wedding celebration for our son, Trevor and his fiancé Heather. You may remember they were engaged in Edinburgh, Scotland last summer. The kilts were a big hit!

We kicked off the summer of 2026 with an unforgettable East Coast adventure. Our journey began with a cruise and continued through some of Florida’s most iconic attractions, including Universal Studios and EPCOT. The highlight of the trip was Universal Studios, where we immersed ourselves in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and experienced several Harry Potter-themed rides. For Charlotte, stepping into Harry Potter’s world was pure magic and easily the favorite part of our entire vacation.

Our family loves spending time at the river year-round. We have two seasons—dirt bike season and water season! During the cooler months, we enjoy riding dirt bikes, quads, and sideby-sides. In the summer, it's all about boating and jet skis.
This is our great-grandson, Jax. He's only 2 years old and is already a true river rat! He loves being outdoors and spending time with the family at the river. We're making memories that will last a lifetime, and it's wonderful to see him already enjoying the river lifestyle as much as we do.

My second quarter of 2026 was filled with memorable travel experiences and meaningful family time. I had the opportunity to enjoy a weekend golf trip with close friends from college in Seattle, Washington. I also shared an unforgettable experience with my dad and brother, Trevor, attending the Scotland vs. Haiti World Cup match in Boston— a truly once-in-a-lifetime trip. Lastly was a very special family milestone: my brother's wedding here in Huntington Beach. It was wonderful celebrating alongside family and friends who traveled from across the country. I am grateful for these experiences and look forward to all the opportunities and milestones that the rest of 2026 has in store.

Nothing says summer quite like smiles, sunshine, and time spent with the people you love most. Ours has been busy in the best possible way. My son, Kincaid, is almost two years old now, and he keeps us on our toes every day. We’ve been spending a lot of time outdoors, visiting local parks, exploring playgrounds, and enjoying all the fun that summer has to offer. Some days it feels like we practically live at the park! It's been so much fun watching him grow, learn new things, and experience the world with so much excitement and energy. These moments go by so quickly, so we’re making the most of every adventure and creating lots of special family memories along the way.
