Andrew moved back to Southern California in April 2024 and has been getting reacclimated to the area. He joined some old hockey teammates on a Adult League team out here so he has been enjoying playing hockey with them as well as golfing. He has made a few weekend trips back to Colorado for birthdays and weddings, as well as a trip to Bend, Oregon and Austin, Texas to see friends.
It’s been a busy couple of months for Richard with a combination of business and personal travel. In late June, he spent 4 days in Carlsbad with a group of 10 friends, which they all played college and/or semi-professional soccer together. A few of those friends he has known for nearly 50 years. Interestingly, 9 of the 11 still live in Southern California. They meet every 2-3 years. In July, Richard’s wife Kris, visited some friends-clients in Oregon, with stops in Wilsonville, Coos Bay-North Bend, and Grants Pass. While they flew into Portland, they drove approximately 500 miles on the trip. Their trip concluded flying to Sacramento for a 2-day visit with Kris’ UCLA roommate and her family.
In April, Cindy and Rey took Charlotte on her first international trip to Japan where they learned about the Japanese culture, ate some amazing food, and were able to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom. They spent their last three days in Japan visiting both Disney parks and can’t wait to go back to visit.
In April, Trevor went to Prague, Czechia to compete in International Friendly games for the Scotland Indoor Lacrosse National Team and finish his trials for the upcoming World Lacrosse Men’s Indoor World Championships in Utica, New York in September 2024. He is pictured here winning a Man of the Match award after a game in Prague. He was informed recently that he has made the final roster for the upcoming tournament and will be competing in his 4th World Championships representing Scotland.
Tina’s year started out with her oldest granddaughter Gwen announcing she was having a baby which now makes Tina and her husband Larry great grandparents. Here, we have Jet watching over Jax, he loves his new addition to the Family. Tina and Larry have 11 wonderful grandkids: Gwen 22, Savannah 17, Ryder 13, Dylan 12, Cruz 11, Aubrey 9, Jaynie 8, Nate 6, Ben 4, Austin 5, and Declan 2. They spend most of their weekends at sport events or watching kids so the parents can have some time alone. They also spend a lot of weekends at their River house in Fort Mohave, AZ.
