The CPWA® certification identifies those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the Institute.  For eligibility for the exam, John Williams, Financial Advisor and Amy Roof, Financial Advisor successfully completed Yale University’s School of Management’s Wealth Management Theory and Practice curriculum. CPWA® certificants also agree to meet ongoing continuing education and ethics.

 

Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®)

John Williams, Financial Advisor and Amy Roof, Financial Advisor are among a select group of professionals who have earned this internationally recognized credential. To earn their CIMA® certifications, they completed an intensive educational program and final examination covering Modern Portfolio Theory, Asset Allocation, Manager Search and Selection, Investment Policy, and Performance Measurement. For eligibility for the exam, John Williams, Financial Advisor completed University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School investment management analysis curriculum and Amy Roof, Financial Advisor completed the curriculum at Yale School of Management and Investment and Wealth Institute.

 

Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®
John Williams, Financial Advisor and Amy Roof, Financial Advisor have earned their Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation. To earn their CAP® certification they completed coursework and examinations administered through The American College of Financial Services, demonstrating knowledge and skills to help clients articulate and advance their highest aspirations for self, family and society.



Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®)
John Williams, Financial Advisor, Amy Roof, Financial Advisor and Rebecca Bell, Senior Registered Client Associate have earned their CRPC® designation which focuses on building an in-depth knowledge of clients' needs both before and after retirement. As a Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor®, John Williams, Financial Advisor, Amy Roof, Financial Advisor focus on client centric problem solving as they assist clients planning for the entire retirement planning process, including planning for multiple financial objectives, identifying sources of retirement income, building personal savings, taking advantage of employer-sponsored retirement plans, planning for tax efficient investing, projecting and meeting retirement cash flow needs, asset management and estate investment planning.

 

Chartered Mutual Fund CounselorSM (CMFC®)
John Williams, Financial Advisor has earned the CMFC® designation. The CMFC® is one mark of a mutual funds expert. In order to earn a CMFC® designation, John Williams, Financial Advisor took a 10-week course and passed a rigorous test. John Williams, Financial Advisor was expected to understand mutual funds, asset allocation, retirement planning, risk and return and other investment topics. To keep his designation, John Williams, Financial Advisor must take 16 hours of continuing education courses every two years. These courses keep him up-to-date with the latest technology and other updates in financial management.

 

Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®)
Travis Taylor, Financial Advisor and Rebecca Bell, Senior Registered Client Associate have earned the AAMS® designation by completing the required course of study encompassing investments, insurance, tax, retirement, and estate investment planning issues. Additionally, Taylor and Rebecca passed an end-of-course examination that tested there ability to synthesize complex concepts and apply theoretical concepts to real-life situations.

 


Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®)
Amy Roof, Financial Advisor has earned her Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation. The RICP® designation is focused on planning and executing retirement strategies and the skills to guide older clients through the financial challenges of preparing for and living in retirement.



CFP®, Certified Financial Planner® are certification marks owned by the CFP® Board. These marks are awarded to individuals who successfully complete the CFP® Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
