Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Richard began his career with Merrill Lynch in Fort Lauderdale before living in Boston for a year. He and his wife, Karen, then settled back in South Florida and started their family. They have three children and are also proud grandparents. In his spare time, Richard enjoys traveling and the outdoors. He and his wife contribute to various causes and believe that identifying direct impact opportunities is the most effective way to make a difference in their community.

Joseph has the expertise and background to deliver valued advice as he has started, owned, and managed successful businesses.  He has also served in several capacities in banking; including holding posts of retail, commercial lender, and branch manager.

He is a second generation Floridian and his grandfather was one of the pioneers of Delray Beach, Florida; settling in the state in 1908. When he is not working, you may find Joe playing keys with local bands at well-known “watering holes” or doing something near water, i.e. surfing, fishing, or biking.

Joseph stays active in his community and has served on local town boards and committees. He is a member of Junto of America, Palm Beach Chapter. Junto is a club that was established in 1727 by Benjamin Franklin for mutual improvement and carrying on the traditions of America as exemplified in the lives of the founders of this great country. The group members are comprised of many local business owners and professionals.

Dan and his wife, Lauren, share a passion for the educational, social and emotional development of children throughout the diverse communities of Palm Beach County. Through a multi-faceted approach, the Hepworths promote literacy and family involvement to advocate for their neighbors in greatest need. They truly believe that teamwork is the key to success in every aspect of life.

Born and raised in South Florida, Andrew grew up watching his father, Richard build an admirable reputation with clients across the country and globe. Joining the Team in 2017, Andrew shares the same desire to provide comprehensive customized solutions for clients helping to achieve their wants and needs. Andrew currently lives in North Palm Beach, FL and spends his free time enjoying the outdoors.
