    Pauline is responsible for managing the Genesis Private Wealth Management Group's client service experience. She is a Senior Client Associate focused on delivering an exceptional level of personalized service for our clients and their families. Pauline also coordinates and directs all of our team's events.

    Pauline draws on over 20 years of experience in executive administration, including seven years in client service and database management. She has provided executive administration to all levels of advisors and financial services managers.

    For three years, Pauline worked with the South Beach Wine & Food Festival sponsored by HGTV, and she also volunteered with the Share Our Strength Taste of the Nation charity in Miami. Pauline graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida International University.

    Pauline lives in Carrolton, TX, with her husband, Matthew, and their two cats. Pauline enjoys reading, scuba diving, and international travel.
