Kostas holds a PhD from the University of California at Berkeley and is a graduate of Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland (MA Magna Cum Laude and Doctoral Study). He has tenured as a research scientist in both Europe and the USA with peer-reviewed publications in three languages, focused on quantitative modeling and applied statistics in behavioral sciences. Kostas came to Wells Fargo Advisors from Merrill Lynch. Prior to it, he served with McKinsey & Company, the world’s leading management consulting firm, where he advised Fortune 1000 companies on critical, large-scale financial decision-making. Kostas holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and is member of the Securities Analysts of San Francisco Society, the second oldest such society in the USA. Kostas grew up as an avid chess player and competed in the Second (Junior) National League of Greece. This experience taught him the invaluable role the combination of divergent analysis and convergent execution can play over time in reducing unpredictability—a lesson he later refined in his academic career and has come to maximally leverage in his portfolio management.

Henrik holds a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation and the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation. Henrik has led several international businesses as CFO and CEO, and he currently serves as chairman and director on boards of 16 companies internationally. He is a graduate of La Commerciale in Switzerland, Loyola Marymount University, and the University of Delaware, where he received the Wall Street Journal Achievement Award. In all, he holds a BS in Business, a BA in Humanities, and an MA in Economics. Henrik is a member of the National Association of Business Economics, the Investment Management Consultant Association, and the National Bureau of Ethics, as well as a lifetime inductee of the National Honor Society in Economics.

Richard Harding was born and raised in northwest England and received his education at Manchester Grammar School. At age 17, he won an open entrance scholarship to Cambridge University, where he earned his BA and MA degrees in modern and medieval languages. After graduation, he trained with Bankers Trust Company in New York, where his passion for financial markets was nurtured, leading him to assume senior roles as head of fixed income and foreign exchange at Soros Fund Management. Richard’s fascination for the process of wealth creation via financial markets has led him to the wealth management industry, culminating in a senior leadership role as Divisional Wealth Management Director for Citigroup Global Markets for the Western United States. Seeking ever closer relationships with his clients, he has been a financial advisor for over a decade, working with high-net-worth clients all over the United States. Richard now holds dual citizenship in the US and UK.

Away from the markets, Richard is an active philanthropist, supporting an array of causes including program for at-risk youth, the performing arts, and wildlife conservation. On any given weekend, he is as likely to be at the helm of a tractor working on habitat improvement projects on his wine-country property as he is to be at the helm of a computer keyboard.

Isabel is a graduate of CSU Chico with a BS in Business Administration and Finance. She joined GNH Capital Group of Wells Fargo Advisors after three years of tenure in financial services. In addition to her broad client responsibilities, Isabel is the caretaker of the group’s website.
