 Liability and Liquidity Management - We can help you evaluate both sides of the balance sheet – asset and liability management. Through Wells Fargo affiliates, we can help you get access to the resources you may need to assess if your mortgage terms or refi terms are competitive and can refer you to our trusted mortgage specialists for new mortgages.  We may also be able to help you solve liquidity challenges with solutions like our Priority Credit Line**, which may allow you access to liquidity without liquidating your securities prematurely.


 Insurance Planning *** – Our Financial Advisors are licensed to offer Life Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance and Fixed and Variable Annuities. In so doing, we can help you assess the benefits of using insurance to protect your wealth, as a tax-deferred and/or tax- free distribution asset and as a wealth replacement strategy for you and your family. We can offer you a second opinion on your insurance policies assessing the potential benefits and gaps in your existing policies and make actionable recommendations. We can also help you assess the benefits of long-term care for your unique situation and evaluate if annuities may be a suitable and dependable income stream for you in retirement.

Using Monte Carlo simulation this report uses up to 1000 scenarios to determine the probability of outcomes resulting from the asset allocation choices and underlying assumptions regarding rates of return and volatility of certain asset classes. Some of these scenarios will assume very favorable financial market returns, consistent with some of the best periods in investing history for investors. Some scenarios will conform to the worst periods in investing history. Most scenarios will fall somewhere in between.
