WELCOME TO QUANTICO® ASSET MANAGEMENT of Wells Fargo Advisors

Quantico Asset Management of Wells Fargo Advisors was founded in 1996, and is a franchise under the Wells Fargo Advisors umbrella. With its office in Berwyn, PA, the team currently manages assets for institutional and individual clients.

THE HISTORY OF QUANTICO

The U.S. Marine Corps has defended and fought for freedom since the Corps was born in Philadelphia on November 10, 1775.  In 1776, the first Marine recruiters were asked to go out and look for “a few good men”.

All Marine officers are initially trained at the Quantico Marine Base in Virginia.  Established in 1917, Quantico is a melting pot of society that takes in civilians who qualify for Officer Candidate School(OCS), discards the undesirable or unworthy, and produces Marine officers.

We take the same approach in managing our client’s assets.  We are looking for “a few good investments.”  We use “discipline” in evaluating the companies, “courage” in purchasing the companies (usually when others are selling) and show “loyalty” to management that operate with “integrity”.  These traits are essential to all new successful officer candidates at Quantico; and all employees of Quantico Asset Management of Wells Fargo Advisors.

Quantico Asset Management of Wells Fargo Advisors strives to donate a portion of its net profits to Marine Corps focused charities.

OUR SERVICES

We provide a full suite of concierge level investment services for our clients. Quantico Asset Management of Wells Fargo Advisors’ core competency is in the US Large and Mid Cap Equity space, where we have two actively managed portfolios. Our flagship legacy strategy is the Large Cap Strategy, incepted on January 1, 1997. Our more recently incepted strategy, January 1, 2008, is the Mid Cap Strategy. Our investment approach focuses on finding high quality companies with strong brand names and excellent management at a favorable price. Our portfolio allocations reflect an awareness of the distribution of economic sectors of their respective benchmarks, allowing us to add value by leveraging our strategies and extensive research process to find what we believe are the best companies within each sector. The resulting portfolio is comprised of equity securities with which the investment team has high confidence in the long-term fundamental aspects of each investment. The Large Cap and Mid Cap equity strategies are available to investors via separate accounts.
